I got my oil change, tires rotated, and my air filter changed while stopping through Lubbock. Only for my skid plate's back bolts to fall off as I am driving and to be dragging on the highway. I travel enough on a weekly basis where if they were missing prior to my service, this would've happened way anlready and not a few hours after my service. I have a BMW X3M and I took it to a place (the place I bought it from) last Wednesday that said on the phone they could change my oil and then after I wasted 3 hours there they "didn't have the tool to change my oil". After that I called all around town getting quotes on an oil change and cabin air filter and was quoted $250-$365 everywhere I called. Today I paid $165 (found a $26 coupon online) at Jiffy Lube for a synthetic oil change and a cabin air filter AND they vacuumed my car and cleaned all the windows. Came in here for a headlight replacement on my vehicle and was told that it could be done. They also mentioned I might get charged extra depending on how long it took and I was ok with that. Sat in the waiting room for about 30 minutes only to be told that the manager didn't want to replace it because it was too much work to replace. You call yourself a mechanic shop but can't get a light bulb replaced? Your website even states you do replace bulbs. read more

Went there for an inspection and oil change. The computer was down for inspections so did just an oil change. While waiting inside, the front desk girl overheard me tell my friend I wanted to get my headlights restored or get new ones. She stated that headlight restoration was a service they provided. I was happy about that until it was done. I'm adding pictures to show you what they did to my car so this doesn't happen to anyone else. They sanded over the tape and it peeled off my paint. Then I spoke w the district manager James Henderson and he told me there was nothing they could do. They didn't charge me for the restoration but left me with a car that will take thousands to repaint and the company states they will do nothing to help me. I am writing to corporate, but wanted to share this so others don't get ripped off by poor service from jiffy lube. Oh and they told me I needed new brake pads and rotators, which I did, but I had to get that fixed a few days later because the metal was rubbing together. Went for a simple oil change and ended up w messed up brakes and paint peeled off my car. Save your time and money and don't go to this place. I would give a negative star if I could. I came for safety inspection and pulled in to the inspection lane and a rude technician yelled at me saying "who pulled you in?" I was like no one, the lane was empty. I have gone to Jiffy Lube on 82nd in Lubbock Texas for some time! This is the first time I have been treated poorly! A man named Bryan was very rude when I questioned him about the lid on my windshield reservoir. They found it after a short search! Then when I went to my son's house I noticed oil on the driveway. I called and spoke to A. J. who was very nice. He put Bryan on the phone and he told me my oil pan was leaking! He said my car was old! I told him it was not leaking before they changed the oil. He told me to take it to someone else and if they said it was Jiffy Lube's fault, they would pay for it! I took it to another oil change business and they checked it and said the plug was not put on right and that was where the leak was! They made me a receipt with that statement on it! I took it back to Jiffy Lube and Bryan said he wanted to take pictures. He did and I asked him to change the plug! The man below changed it and said it quit leaking! Bryan just kept telling me my car was old! It hasn't leaked since! I am sad to leave this business but I do not like being treated rudely! This place is a joke! Went in at 4 in the afternoon, there was one other vehicle being serviced at the time, didn't leave til 5:20. I informed them my oil cap is different than most so they could be prepared. She started to put oil in and it blew right back in her face because she didn't listen to me. I take care of my vehicle as it almost has 300,000 miles now. I told them I wanted the high mileage oil and they said it wasn't compatible, bs! Then when they had me start it, of course oil was all over my manifold and was smoking, wait for it.... They had to take off the brand new filter they put on because it was leaking, he didn't get the OLD gasket off first. Anyway the guy came to tell me the total and he wanted $75! Hahaha no.... I asked him for what?! He a said oh they didn't give you an estimate? I said no but I can tell you right now I can go down the street to Bolton's and get but for 35-45 bucks. He proceeded to say that no where else will beat their price, blah,blah, blah... He said I can take some off bc you weren't quoted a price. Then I told him I had better not be charged that much BC it's ridiculous! I had to remind them that my windows still hadn't been cleaned before pulling to the lot to go in and pay. The inside girl was nice and got my price to $42. It was my first and last visit. I'd rather buy my own supplies and do it then deal with that kind of service. read more
