Great service! I had a flat tire and dropped off the car in the morning. They didn't have the specific tire I needed but I was told they would order it for me. I was worried it would take days for the car to be ready but I received a call later that afternoon that my car was ready for pick up. I went to pick up the car and their system was down. The manager was nice enough to let me leave with my car and let me stop by the next day to pay. I was really worried I wouldn't have a car to drive to work. Thankfully they fixed the flat and I was able to get my car the same day. As for the cost of the tire I think they are generally a bit pricier than other places but the convenience and service was worth the extra money. read more

You go in, get in and get your oil change and if you run low on any fluids, you can stop by anytime and they'll top it off free of charge and even check your tire pressures. They can even rotate your tires which is great so you don't have to spend time and a dealer which takes part of the whole day. They carry all high quality oils which is why I go there because my car requires synthetic oil. Was on a road trip, came in to get my AC charged. Halfway through the process realized I needed an oil change, and Miguel didn't sweat the last minute change at all. Our Freon was low, but it Turns out my compressor needs to be replaced ($1,100 fix) and my AC won't work even with the AC charge. Miguel felt bad for us and didn't charge us the $150 for an AC charge. Then gave a small discount on the oil change. We had to persuade him heavily to accept even a few dollars tip. As a woman, I am generally skeptical when entering any auto mechanics shop because I assume that my clear lack of expertise makes me an easy target to be taken advantage of. This, however, was the opposite of how I felt during my last visit to Jiffy Lube as the staff were refreshingly respectful and absolutely genuine! Carlos, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the problems I had been facing with my vehicle in terms even I could understand. Afterwards, I was assisted by Miguel who was also extremely patient and polite with my mother and I during our visit. Never before have I received such excellent service and assistance from a place such as this. If only there was a way to give zero stars. I honestly contemplated not writing this review after my visit because I figured these types of garages typically work on commission and try to up-sell you; however, after seeing the damage under my hood, this experience was inexcusable. I went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change and a valve replacement for my tire. I called ahead and was told there was only a fifteen minute wait. As such, I rushed over only to be disappointed that the wait time was actually an hour. If this was my only complaint, I would not be writing this review. The garage then proceeded to offer me the usual additional services...and then some: they offered to sell me (1) new ties; (2) a new A/C hose and provide other AC services; (3) a 150K mile service; (4) a tune up; and (5) higher-end windshield wipers. They even took out my AC filters to try to sell me new ones. While this was aggravating and excessive, I still attempted to write off this experience. But they continued. The attendant proceeded to come back inside to once again sell me new tires, letting me know the price was only $76 per tire. This time I more aggressively told the attendant no. The other attendants could be heard outside suggesting more things for them to try to sell me. On top of everything, I looked under the hood of my admittedly old car today for an unrelated brake light issue, upon which it became apparent that the sometime between the morning I brought my car to Jiffy lube and less than 5 days later the hood stand was bent and will no longer lock into place; it now hits the battery as I drive. HORRIBLE! I took my Honda Civic here on a rainy afternoon. Although, my car is 4 years old it only has 35,000 miles on it and I had a major service done recently. The employees were aggressive and combative. I guess as a woman walking in by myself, I must have had "high upsell potential" written on my forehead. The man in charge told me that my car needed synthetic oil (at previous oil changes at Jiffy Lube, this had never come up). I asked for some proof. He could provide none. Conveniently, synthetic oil costs almost double. I checked in my owner's manual and regarding synthetic oil "you may also synthetic oil". Does not sound like a manufacture's recommendation to me. Either way, I did not appreciate the aggressive stance the large (6 foot 5 inch) mechanic took with me. When I starting asking for proof he just more aggressive instead of realizing I was not buying it. The kicker is, if you do not follow Jiffy Lube's recommendation, Jiffy Lube does not warranty their work....seriously?! I will not be back here. I was disappointed. I had been to other Jiffy Lubes around Miami and Atlanta and had never had an issue. read more

Sold me things i didn't need. didn't do the job in time. installed cheap parts and not original BMW parts, which backfired immediately when my car sensors started to go nuts. There's only one review here but I had a completely different experience. I've been here twice for services on my car. The first time went great. The second time, even better. I went on an early voting day. We told the Lube employee (that sounds kind of nasty) we were going to stand in line to vote and because Florida is the idiot child of the U.S. and can't handle voting, we didn't know when we would be back. Could he keep the car until tomorrow? He told us of course, then asked for whom we were voting. Obama. He proceeded to give us a damn Obama discount! Guess we said the right thing. I would hate to know what would have happened if we said Romney. I suspect my car may have mysteriously malfunctioned as I drove home. Anyway, great service and nice employees. I took one star off for the overall prices, which can be a little on the expensive side. But that's corporate Jiffy Lube, and has no bearing on the exceptional service I received. Assistant Manager Stern is the greatest thing that ever happened to this place. Over the years I have stopped in every few years and it was always the same lousy treatment. Today I begrudgingly pulled in because my car felt different and I realized how long it had been without adding oil and wanted to get my tires checked. All I needed was the oil changed. I could get this done in other Jiffy Lube in less than 20 mins. I've been sitting here for almost a damn hour! There's another car in front of mine that they haven't even touched in 30 mins! WTH?!?? And they FINALLY changed that car's oil which took them less than 3 mins tops! When I called earlier, they said the wait to get my oil changed will be 15-20 mins. They seriously need to rethink their servicing times, or at least be honest with the wait times. We own 4 trucks and we rent them out, one of our drivers brought our car here for an inspection and they and the FAILED and my driver paid $42, so because I was in doubt of why it failed because he car is brand new I told my driver to bring the car right across the street to Tropical Chevrolet even though it was more expensive it was worth it. At Jiffy Lube they put my tires at 3 and 4 on the front, they were extremely rude telling us we need to get new tires with them and that we didn't pass the check unless we buy them. So we went to tropical Chevrolet right across the street, and They did an amazing job! They not only said all of the tires were at 5 and passed my friend with flying colors but also said that this place here at Jiffy lube always tries to scam everyone to sell tires and make profit by putting nails in people tires during an inspection as well! Please be aware!!! We went to the manager CSA:D**** p told him their inspector tech R**** r and the cashier T******s r we said were all extremely rude laughed in our faces saying "you can do whatever you like, but we won't give you your money back." We wanted an apology and also our money back! They told us to go fight for it! Terrible customer service! I am about to file a police report on them. Also going to BBB and ripoff report report to report them. The last time I went here I had several things done including an oil change. I don't know if they work on commission but they also try to sell me a $1,000 worth of services. I did get an AC hose flushed out to fix an interior leak only to have it leak again a couple months later. They told me I needed a new battery even though my battery was less than a year old. A month or two after going here for an oil change my car wouldn't start and I called auto club. Auto Club came out, looked at the battery and told me that the cable was loose. Auto Club tested the battery and said it was fine. I think they are a bit careless with their repairs and I don't trust them and will won't go back. read more
