Don and his team did a great job. Unlike most places, they reviewed my air filter, wipers, air pressure and all exterior lights with me. Good price as well. Went here the other day because I was in a hurry and did not have time to do my own oil change. The employees were friendly and courteous. The service was quick. I like that they did not try to up charge me on other items that I did not need. You also get a free car wash when you get an oil change. Like I said, I usually do my own oil changes unless I am out and about, and in a hurry. I will continue to go here when I am not able to conduct my own oil changes. read more

well, last time i was here my car ended up leaking oil after a couple of days (should of known then) after a year decide it to give then a try again, however I waited 5min and no one came out to greet me/guide me thru the bay until another customer showed up and after waiting some time he decide it to go knock on their door so they can do their job. Then I decide to just leave. Overall this is the worst jiffy lube I have been. they need a GOOD manager ASAP. read more

Negative ghost rider, I will never come back! John the manager was very unprofessional and cursing when he found out I used a Groupon to pay for my oil change. Originally the oil change would be 41.99 but the Groupon made it 25.00. He had difficulty with finding my voucher and redeeming it with the code. He was an ASSHOLE. They already performed my service and told me that I had to pay for it and that I can't use my Groupon. After sitting here for a fucking hour, his stubby fingers finally pressed the right buttons. Following finding the Groupon, he didn't know what the hell to do for me to check out. Very ignorant and unprofessional. Everyone bring Groupons here please!!!!! When I got in my car, I realized that they never did any of the other stuff that they claimed they would. My sticker wasn't even changed for the mileage. Never EVER EVER again. I said that I would not come back here after rude service and a long wait. I'm glad I gave them another chance! They have a whole new crew and manager and they did a wonderful job. They communicated with each other calling out and double checking and verifying each step of the process, from lubricanting the seal on the oil filter to ensuring all the windows were cleaned. The new manager has completely turn this place around! I will return and encourage other people to give them a try. read more

Went here for an oil change and to get the tires rotated on a company vehicle. They damaged the vehicle in a way that caused damage to a part of the vehicle that cost a lot of money due to improperly raising the vehicle. Employees need more training. read more

My family has been going to jiffy lube for years. We've never had a problem where we used to live. We moved to the area about 4 years ago and we've had nothing but problems and I've spoken to others who have as well. We've had simple problems as a wrong charge and it was corrected all the way to they screwed up my dad's truck by stripping the oil pan drain. The straw that broke the camel's back was I've witnessed a manager treating the employees very rudely. He would get all up in their face and he would make them feel like their stupid instead of helping them learn. I happened to ask one of the young men that worked there his name cause I wanted to call someone about him. The worker informed me his name was Ron Dickey the District manager. Honestly as a district manager you should treat your employees in a better way so that they like you and can learn from you and their mistakes. I didn't get the young man's name who I asked as I didn't have a problem with him but I think his shirt said Adam or something like that. To be honest if that management wasn't in the picture and they had a more educated crew I'd go back. I always liked the service I got just got sick of the little problems which led to me finding out the root of the problems which is upper management. Hope this helps everyone. read more

Stopped into this Jiffy Lube on my lunch break from work to get a quick oil change and they did not disappoint. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. They were a little busy too so I was surprised on the quick turnaround. The staff was friendly and thorough. The manager told me he was new there, about 5 weeks in and was training a whole new staff (which I could already tell by how hands on he was being) to try and turn the reputation of that particular shop around ( I regret that I forget his name at the moment). He was very friendly, clear and concise when explaining all the packages they offer. If I wasn't on such a strict budget he would have sold me on an upgrade, so no fault of his there. Even with training his new guys, it was still a pretty quick service. I've never been there before, but I will go back for my next service. I don't know what the reputation was beforehand, but I can confidently say they are doing a lot to change everyone's expectations. The manager seemed like he really cared that I got a good service from his shop. read more
