It took almost that long but they did finish faster, I appreciated the honesty. This crew was hustling. I had my 10 year-old son with me and they really were kind and great with him. They put a faulty radiator in my truck and try to say someone put oil in it (like what). Told me "I don't know what your financial situation is, but you should get rid of your truck". Took it to another mechanic to find out the "new" radiator they supposedly put in was not good. I wasted so much money on this place, I'm so pissed off cause they totally screwed me out of thousands of dollars.

I took my car here and wish I hadn't. There is No communication with me and none within the shop. I…read morecalled to clarify and I asked them to repair a flat tire but not replace the tire pressure monitor. They didn't even fix the flat tire and refused to when I picked the car up. They said I needed a new TIPM. When I called two days later (before leaving work to pick the car up) they said I didn't need a new TIPM but a new a/c actuator and the car would be ready in a few days. The cost decreased but the car would not start the next day after picking it up. They rewired something so that the fuel pump was on constantly. Also, the problems that led me to get the car worked on originally were still there. Charleston Auto Electric told me that I had leaking valve cover gaskets and intake gaskets. They are not leaking and another garage confirmed this. I paid over $500 for Charleston Auto Electric to fix nothing, cause more problems, and yell at me in the lobby when I pointed out that they had communication problems and that my flat tire was not repaired. I had another location scan the Tire Pressure Monitor that Charleston Auto Electric said was not working. It works perfectly Another garage fixed all of this locations' errors, and they did it for less. If the owner reads this, please contact me. I would love to fill you in on what is happening in this location.
