They did a great job on my Miata. It needed a clutch kit and their prices are fair. I will return for any other work needed in the future.

Spoke to Luke. We discussed my issue and while we were on the phone he sent over a quote. I called back later that afternoon and told him I would drop the truck off Wednesday after work. I arrived, spoke with Luke, showed him what I did and he said no problem. We can get it taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I was not expecting to get the truck back until sometime on Friday. I get a call this afternoon from Luke, Mr. Tim, your truck is ready. I was like what, no way! Sure enough. I went there after work to pick it up. I spoke with Luke as well as Stephen who rang me up. We discussed the warranty and even provided me with the old part. I drove home rocking a cold A/C the entire way there and it about froze me out of the truck. You could not even tell that they had to remove the dash to make the repair. Everything was just like I left it. They are amazing. Their pricing is just right and their warranty is excellent! Definitely go see these guys if you need a repair made.

Predatory Practices, Negligence, and Vehicle Held Hostage…read more2ND Unsatisfied Customer Service Complaint- 1st Time in May 2026 I am a Senior disabled Air Force Veteran on a fixed income, and my experience with Christian Brothers Automotive in Goose Creek involves predatory business practices, deceptive billing, and withholding my personal asset. In May 2026, I paid this facility a final invoice total of $3,345.12 for valve cover and gasket work. In their formal written response to the South Carolina state authorities under Complaint ID C26-05334, the shop owner explicitly admitted on the record that they knew my vehicle entered their facility with active Cylinder 1 misfire codes (P0301). Yet, they charged me thousands of dollars, dismantled my engine, and knowingly reinstalled that identical, pre-existing failing Cylinder 1 ignition coil back into my engine block without correcting it.When the vehicle predictably suffered a severe engine shaking failure less than 900 miles later, they towed it back to their shop under the guise of their "Nice Difference Warranty." Instead of honoring the warranty on the exact engine zone they handled, they hit me with a separate, unapproved $331.88 diagnostic invoice (#48960). Because I exercised my legal consumer right to DECLINE the unapproved repairs, this facility is now actively refusing to release my 2003 Jaguar S-Type to my insurance carrier's flatbed tow truck. They are physically holding a disabled veteran's primary asset hostage in their parking lot over a disputed, unapproved fee.My file is under active review with Navy Federal Credit Union's Executive Compliance/CFPB team (Case CAS-2505711-C1S7H3) where the $3,345.12 transaction is heavily disputed under Visa Quality of Service network rules [260824-37401429, CAS-2505711-C1S7H3]. The shop has signed their own admission of mechanical negligence to the state, and I am writing this public warning to advise every senior, veteran, and consumer in the area to stay completely away from this dishonest lot.
