TBH this is a perfectly fine jiffy lube and I like it bc when I was in a pinch and needed to get an emissions check done AND get my sticker for registration same day they were able to do it ALL in one stop. I mean for convenience like that I really cannot complain. It's super easy to get to. The folks there did the test quickly. And they put my sticker on for me! Great service! read more

Took my 2023 TRD PRO 4 runner into this place to have an oil change and they used an impact drill on my skid plate and destroyed the threads of my bolts. I wouldn't go here if this was the only place open. I can no longer reinstall my skid plate without help from a dealer because of the mistake. Super disappointed read more

If I'm being honest, I used to be pretty skeptical about coming to Jiffy Lube. In the past I had had bad experiences and had heard bad reviews, but at least for this location that is not the case the staff were extremely friendly, professional straight to the point and got the job done and I really appreciate the complementary windshield cleaning that they provided while I was waiting for my repairs. Visiting from ID and needed oil change. Always go to Ford dealer, so this was my first time at a Jiffy Lube. These guys are great. Had me in and out in no time. Checked all my truck fluids and refilled windshield washer reservoir. I knew I'd need an air filter soon. These guys showed me it was dirty and gave me a price just a little above what I'd pay to buy and install myself, so I had them replace it. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I took my car in for an oil change. They were speedy, friendly, and professional. However, on their service they marked that my vehicle was vacuumed and it was never vacuumed. Not the mats, not the floors, nothing was touched by a vacuum. Michael even stated to me that the floors had been vacuumed. Now I question whether or not the levels of different fluids, air filter and the tire pressure were even checked. I kind of doubt it. Won't be returning. Was charged an additional 50+ dollars, for a oil change and emissions inspection. Called. Spoke with manager. Requested refund. Manager (David) claimed jiffy lube doesn't have the ability to 'change their prices', or to refund the difference between the quote and the final price. Wow. I can not recommend this location. The location on 400 south right off of 700 East fucked me over big time and flagged my Audi for not having rear cats even though it doesn't need them, to keep me from easily getting my emissions done. I brought it to this location and they were wonderful. Super apologetic and understanding of my bad experience. Shay was the tech I dealt with the most and she was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable, totally acknowledged that my car indeed did not need rear cats. She even gave me a small discount upon checkout! I 100% recommend this location. read more

Very fast if you get there at 8am when they open. My check engine light was on and they fixed it right away. I thought I would need a radiator or coolant flush and it was just the gas cap haha! Only needed the oil topped off and a head light fixed. Thanks guys! read more

This is the second time I've taken my car in here, I've never had a problem until I picked up my car today and there's 2 huge black shoe prints on my beige seats. One on my driver's seat and one on my passenger seat. For the life of me, I can't think of why they would need to step on my seats. Obviously Im not happy. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because I called in and the man I talked to was apologetic and offered to clean it off if I came back. Too bad I don't have time to go back for them to clean something that shouldn't be there in the first place for a simple oil change. I brought my car in last week for an oil change because it was to cold to do it myself. It was suggested that I replace my fuel pump since the original owner had not had it replaced. I told the service manager that I usually work on my car myself and that I have it on a normal maintenance schedule. I thought that was the end of it. I drive it home only to find out that my car is now leaking gas. Upon further investigation both clamps on one of the fuel lines were loosened and leaking gas all over my engine. Pretty shady. I would not recommend Jiffy Lube. read more

I've been to multiple Jiffy Lube's but simply googled the one most convenient for me coming back down to the valley, and I am soooo happy I choose this location. Each and every time I come to this location, the staff is so nice, wonderful, helpful, all the above! Whether I need an oil change, tire rotation, new windshield wipers, they always get the job done in a timely manner! I tell everyone about this place and I will never go anywhere else! I love coming to Jiffy Lube. In and out quickly. They have a checklist so they cover the basics and get it done pretty much every time. You k ow what to expect. Sure-it's not the most beautiful or comfortable place to wait such as the fancy dealerships, but it's a fraction of the price, much quicker and much more convenient. I had car trouble and pulled off the freeway..pulled in to this JL to simply see if my tires were okay..and to contemplate my options. A service tech came over to my door and offered to take a look..even though they are not a service station..and they were getting ready to close. I took my car in for a free break check because you know my car was making a funny noise every time I hit the breaks. They told me the breaks were fine and would last me another year or 2. They also told me to take it to the dealership to see if they can figure it out. I took my car to the dealership and it ended up being a break problem. I didn't waste money. Came here for emissions renewal. They somehow lost the emissions sticker that was supposed to correspond to my car, which is apparently a problem impossible for them to figure out in the store, so they comped my emissions and told me to go in to the DMV myself. It's not open today, and I don't have time on the weekdays to go in before February, so here's hoping I don't get pulled over, I guess! Don't go here. If they're disorganized enough to lose something like that, and then make it their customer's problem, who knows what else is going on. read more

TV in lounge is so loud that customers cannot hold a conversation with each other - to get a chip repair authorized over the phone through my insurance company I had to stand outside in the parking lot. Jiffy Lube spends more time trying to sell you additional services than changing the oil...good business model, but obnoxious for the customer to have to go through...I just want an oil change! read more

These guys go above and beyond for me. I had a plastic undercarriage protector coming off the bottom of my car, and rather than replace it for $300, I asked them if they could just reattach it, which they did for free. That's just one example of the kind of thing this specific location has been doing for me for over 3 years now. Sure, they always try to upsell you, but any car-related business will do that. They've never tried to sell me something that wouldn't help my car, I just ask them if I actually need it now and they've always been honest with me if it's something that can wait or doesn't need to be replaced yet. One time, my car's electronic display was telling me I needed to check my oil and change it, and these guys told me my oil was fine and didn't need changing yet, reset the computer thing that watches the oil level, and topped everything off. FOR FREE. In my experience, they have always had great customer service. read more
