I was in the shop on 8/30/24 and I was in a hurry. I spoke to the tech about what I wanted and some questions that I had. The tech was polite and knowledgeable; unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding between what I wanted and when I wanted it. I prepared myself for a big argument when the tech defused the entire situation. I am definitely coming back to this shop whenever I need an oil change or other automotive needs. Took these coupons to Jiffy Lube on Sunset Boulevard in St. George Utah, the expiration date clearly says April 1, 2019, they told me that they had already expired and that they would not honor them, very sad... So, the story continues. Sean, the regional manager reached out and made things right. The manager had to run to the dealership to get an oil filter for my car. Amazing customer service and friendly staff !!!!!!

While I'm grateful they were able to patch my tire last minute during their workday, I am upset over the actual work done on the tire. They "patched" it up and I thought I was on my way to SLC. However, only about 30 mins into the drive, my tire went completely flat. Luckily there was a small repair shop near where we had to pull over. The guy there even said, "This is one of the worst patch jobs I've ever seen." Nice of Jiffy Lube to fix my tire on the spot, not nice of them to do a horrible job. If they were gonna do a horrible job, they needed to just turn me away. read more

Took forever just to get to my car and it has nothing to do with covid. I've been to a lot of Jiffy Lube's and it never takes that long.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I pulled up on a Saturday, no cars were in the bay and 1 other car had just gotten there. The guy that came to my car told me it would be over 45 minutes before they could do an oil change on mine because that other car was there before me and that they only had 2 people working there. 2 people! On a Saturday! So my recommendation, don't go on a Saturday unless you have hours and hours of time to do so-or just don't go at all. read more

They tried opening my door while it was locked. They pulled too hard and broke my handle. Afterwards they refused to pay for it. They're liable to fix it because of a breach of duty. I'll be taking this to small claims court if they're not willing to replace it. read more

I was needed in Dallas by my daughter so I made a trip to Jiffy Lube for an oil change before I made the 120 mile trip to the airport. I was welcomed with a smile as usual by the assistant manager, Tyler. I proceeded to tell Tyler what I was there for. Knowing that I would be traveling I asked him to make sure to check the tire pressure. I knew the tread was was a bit shallow but Tyler alerted me to a split in the passenger side front tire that wasn't in clear view. Had he not been thorough in his inspection my road trip could have gone horribly wrong. Tyler made sure to make me aware of available discounts, financing options etc. Which I was so very grateful for as COVID resulted in job loss for us. I was in and out of there in no time, all while receiving exceptional service. Our family were fans of Jiffy Lube, the Sunset location in particular before this but this visit just solidified what we already knew to be true. Greg, Tyler and the crew are an extraordinary bunch! I am never going back to jiffy lube and will never recommend this location. The technicians were very sloppy and unkept. They broke our dipstick and when they told us they said, "your dipstick is broken, that's why it took so long." I never touch the dipstick and they are the only ones that have ever done our oil change so they just passed responsibility on. It was not very honest. Also, when we were going to leave after the service the floors weren't vacuumed, that usually comes with the service and that's why we go, because they vacume. The manager says, "oh, I can vacume for you," acting like he was doing us a special favor instead of shirking his responsibility to quality control the service. Then, after he speedily vacuumed the front he started putting away the vacume. He didn't do the back seats. At this point I was done with them and their poor attitude towards their customers and us, ex-customers. I didn't want to ask them for anything else and just left. I do not recommend this location, go to somewhere else cuz they don't have good customer service. read more

Went in to have them advise on a possible transmission fluid leak. They were very thorough and fast and friendly. Gave me clear, simple run down of what was going on with the leak and what needed to be done. Didn't charge me a cent?! Ridicules excuse for a lube shop. Charged for services not performed. Missed multiple lube points on chassis. Did not fill power steering fluid. This place was a disaster from start to finish. After returning to have them do all the things they missed they gave me a coupon book for discounts on future service. Like I will ever return. read more

I took my vehicle in for a safety inspection and was failed for worn rear brake pads 1/32 I was also up sold a brake job for $129.00. As the ceramic brakes were only two years old I declined and replaced them myself (a easy job requires pulling the tire and one bolt). The old pads looked barely worn and messured between 5-6 1/32nds. I returned to complain and eventually received a refund for the unneeded brakes but no apology, basically they tried to rip me off for a $129 for a fifteen minute job. read more

I was told they would get to me after they took care of them(100% understandable)... 30 min later they finally pulled one car out only to pull in someone who just showed up and started working on that car. These guys are so dishonest. Do not go there! They nickle and dime you to death and do not know anything about customer service. They will tell you stuff that is not the case. I have been told I need to spend a bunch of money with them and drove straight to another place and they confirmed what I thought, that these guys were making stuff up and trying to rip me off. read more

I went in for a safety inspection due to a coupon I got in the mail. I was told I failed my safety inspection do to my brakes not passing the inspection. The technician didn't realize I know about replacing brakes, that my brakes were done fairly recently and that I knew I was being scammed. I was told that for around $350 I could get a brake flush, and replace my worn brake pads. I couldn't believe it when the technician said that it would be very likely my brakes would fail within the next day or two if they did not replace them today. I left there and took my vehicle to a different mechanic shop that same day which performed a safety inspection as well. The pressure readings were totally different and he said my brakes shouldn't need any replacing for a long time. It has been nearly 3 months and nearly 12,000 miles and I still have not needed to replace my brake pads. The other mechanic shop also told me that I was over 60,000 miles away from the manufacturers recommendation for a brake flush for my particular vehicle. I have no idea if Jiffy Lube technicians are paid hourly + commission. My bet is that they must. I really should report this location to the Better Business Bureau. Attempting to charge someone nearly $350 for something that did not need to be done is pure theft. I was so mad after wasting my time driving to the other location and getting the passing safety inspection that I drove back to the Jiffy Lube and demanded they refund there safety inspection charge which they did. read more
