He acted as if I was trying to steal an oil change from him. My boss asked that I make sure they put a sticker on the window as he said he didn't receive one on the last trip there. The owner/manager argued with me about the sticker. I did receive a quick oil change but a combative and unfriendly owner/manager will send us elsewhere. I cant imagine acting this way when the oil change business seems to be pretty competitive.

Firestone wanted to charge me $60 and refused to use my bulb (apparently it's against their policy). I went to Encinas and they were able to tell me when they could work on my car. Since it was the same day, I asked them to rotate my tires as well. I sat in their waiting area working on my laptop and they were done in under 30 minutes. I realized I hadn't asked how much they'd charge me and at the end, they refused to charge me anything! This kind of customer service is so unheard of nowadays. They've definitely gained a customer. Pros: it seems they're the only tire place open on Sundays…read more Cons: we are not regular clients of Hibdon tire. We have not been here since 2014. The prices are more expensive than other tire places. The price to replace a sensor is $49 higher here than at discount tire. today they get a very negative review because of their customer service. We dropped the car off at noon. They said it would be two hours. I called at 3 o'clock. They hadn't even started on the car. They said they would bring it into the garage next. Keep in mind we already told them that all we needed was a sensor change on the tire. Nothing was wrong with the tire. That is a very easy and quick fix. We got there an hour later and they hadn't started on the car yet. The man at the front desk said " I told you it would be closer to five." oh hell no he didn't! He said the car was going to be next. We took our keys back and left. We'll just take it to Tate Brothers or discount tire. These are the places we usually go anyways.

Anyway, I usually go to a neighboring oil change express in Sand Springs but they were closed Monday so I decided to give these guys a try. I was given a cost considerably higher than what I was used to for an equal quality service and I mentioned this to one of the techs on duty. I decided it was too expensive and drove off to find another only to not even make it out of the parking lot and I decided to just bite the bullet and save the time. When I went back the same tech told me in a very rude way it would be the price he had mentioned and I said that's fine I just need it done. I didn't argue about the price or ask for a discount. I did find a coupon and asked the owner inside if he would honor it and he gladly did so and had a great attitude about it. My issue is with the two techs who performed the work. When it was time to pay I asked if they checked the air filter. He said "No, since you complained about the cost we didn't do any pulls," which the other tech told me he meant he didn't do the actual service that I agreed to pay for. I also asked if they topped off the other fluids and he said no. I asked the other tech if it was part of the normal service and he said yes, those should have been checked as well. He told me to pull back up and he would top off the wiper fluid. I thanked him for doing that and he just walked away. I again said thank you and he continued ti ignore me. Terrible attitude! He didn't even offer to complete the service by checking the air filter or any other items that he had already told me were part of the usual service for which I had already paid. I really hate that the first visit went this way but it's no way to build a relationship with customers. Guess I'll be waiting until my usual place is open on Tuesdays west of town.
