I called ahead and they told me to come on in and they would get me in right away. I drove 30 minutes there on a nearly flat tire and the guy there tells me it will take 45 minutes. OK. I sat there for 2 hours before they even pulled my car inside. And, yes, I reminded them that I was still waiting after 1 hour. They looked at the tire and said they couldn't fix it. Then they tried to sell me a new tire. It is a nearly new tire! Just needs to be plugged! Very simple! These people are unprofessional and obviously don't give AF about people. Just want to squeeze as much money out of people as possible, which I'm sure is why they overbook themselves. Who cares if they make you wait for hours in their nasty waiting room with no TV and no A/C.

I asked for an alignment since I always get an alignment with any new set of tires. I get informed my truck is done and ready. Awesome, the guy rights up the work order an I pay the bill. The full bill for tires and the alignment. After which I get informed that they couldn't do the alignment an that I need ball joints and rear control arms. This would of been very important info to have before paying. Now they have to refund me my money for the alignment they could not be performed. I'm asked next if I would like a price quote for the repairs. At this point absolutely not. You can't inform me before finishing my vehicle that I need repairs an that you can't do the alignment? But you'll gladly charge me for it before reviewing your paper work. Needless to say I left livid. Once cooled off I walked around the truck at home to inspect the tires. Found all four my wheel covers destroyed, scratches, and cracks! You can see where they over tighten the outer wheel balancing nut into my rims and completely ruined all 4 of my rims. Unbelievable!!! The vehicle had to be towed and inspected by an independent repair shop. Their diagnosis indicated that something was improperly handled during the oil change, with evidence suggesting foreign material or an error related to the oil filter system that caused catastrophic damage to the turbo and engine. The repair estimate is approximately $13,000. What is most concerning is not just the damage, but how this situation has been handled. I filed a claim with Valvoline and was initially told they wanted to "make it right." However, once the cost of repairs became clear, the claim was denied without any clear or consistent explanation. Since then, my family and I have made multiple attempts to get answers. We've received conflicting statements from management, no formal written reason for denial, and no accountability.
