Stopped by Take 5 for a last minute oil change. I had driven 7,000 miles on my existing full synthetic oil and it was about due for a change. I waited about 10 minutes to get in, which wasn't bad. The service was fast and friendly. The price is $20 higher than the neighboring Wal-Mart Auto Center, but Wal-Mart wasn't answering their phone. They topped off my fluids and pressurized my tires. I'll visit again in a pinch. I don't change my own oil because I prefer my car to be level during the change and I'm too chicken to crawl under my car when it's on jack stands. I'm a single mom and have no clue how to myself or I wouldn't pay anyone else to do it for me Had to drive to the Medina location and they went out of their way to help and helped me report the problem with Wadsworth location The Wadsworth location doesn't deserve to be in business with that type of lousy sense of business read more

I will never go to take five again. I went there for the first time in many years hoping for a quick oil change. I waited for about 13 minutes and they hadn't even started yet. I rolled down my window and asked if they might be able to get started or else I might go somewhere else, and he just said see and opened up the door to the Bay for me to leave. I said, that's it? See you? You're not going to try to win me back as a customer? He said there's only two of us here see you and he waved me away with his hand. I could not believe it. He didn't even say I'm sorry for the wait we'll get to you in just a moment or anything like that. He just said see you and wave me away. I will never go back there again. I'm telling everybody to not go there and to stay away from this business. If that is how they treat people they don't deserve any business. read more

Vacuums don't work and if you are fortunate to actually find one that fall apart in your hand, it doesn't have any sucking power. Have complained many times to corporate management but absolutely no one cares. Many times like today 'oh our wash isn't working- vacuums not working. I've been taking my vehicles to this location ever since it was Lube Stop. These guys definitely do a good job and the prices are reasonable. In additional to oil changes, I stop in here and there with one of my vehicles whenever I need the tire pressure checked or fluids checked and they're always happy to help. And they give you a free bottle of water. All customers please note: If you have a vehicle that uses synthetic oil, please be aware that synthetic oil is MAN-MADE. It has no dinosaurs in it like conventional oil and is far superior. So, this means: You can usually go twice as long before you need to change the oil. And it does NOT break down over time like conventional oil does, which means, if you have driven, say, 2000 miles in the last 2 years and your vehicle is alerting you that the oil life monitor is at 0% - 5% and it's time to change the oil, most likely you do not need to change the oil. It is just that your vehicle is set to alert you as time goes by. Simply have the techs check the condition of the oil and if they tell you it looks good, then you probably just need to re-set the oil life monitor. Always discuss whether to change the oil with professional techs. My recent experience might serve to assist customers in making a more informed decision.... I have a 2019 Mustang 5.0 that was telling me I needed an oil change, but in the 2 years since I purchased it, I only drove it 1900 miles. So I brought it in and, lo and behold, the oil was clean and looked new. So I probably still have at least another 2000-3000 miles before I will need the oil changed. I saved myself about $120 by just having the oil condition checked vs. changing the oil. This vehicle takes 10 quarts of expensive synthetic, so yeah, I dodged an expensive bullet by having the techs check the oil condition first. Anyway, I recommend Take 5 but also recommend customers educate themselves to avoid paying for an oil change or service they do not need. read more

You pay double for an oil change because they're suppose to be quicker and more convenient. But end up waiting over an hour for a oil change. The person that arrived after you gets in and out before you. Not worth the money in my opinion if you don't even save time. read more

Ever since Lube Stop was bought out and replaced by Take 5, things have gotten a lot better. They still have a little bit of the "salesy" stuff going on, but it's definitely better than before. I took my sisters car in for an oil change (I do basic mechanical stuff when I can but have been busy lately). Was told that it needed a new radiator hose, and had some leaks underneath. I've done maintenance on this car for the time we've owned it and it was parked in our driveway. There are no leaks or spots on the driveway to speak of, leading me to believe they wanted me to replace parts for $$ that didn't need to be done, or they're over-reacting on a small seep that would be there just because the car has higher mileage. The oil change was cheaper, and I was offered bottled water while I waited. The new "oil change specialists" are friendlier than the people that worked at Lube Stop. I know a few still work there that had worked there prior to the buyout, but they always seemed as if they didn't want to be there and couldn't be bothered by concerns. The guy I dealt with was super friendly and seemed as if he knew what he was doing and what I explained to him concern wise. The people underneath the car in the "pit" are the people that bring up the issues underneath. I've only confirmed one time about an existing leak that was present by telling them I wanted to see underneath the vehicle (this was under lubestop management). I was able to go into the pit underneath and see what was needed and tell them to go ahead and fix it. read more

I literally can't say enough good things about this place! EVERY employee was EXTREMELY nice and professional. They take their time explaining levels and the condition of filters. A week after having an oil change and the coolant flushed our vehicle was acting up. I opened the hood to find their vice grip still attached to our coolant hose. They also never checked the transmission fluid like we asked. They caused $4,800 worth of damage. On June 6th of 2018 they left me a voicemail asking if they could pick the vehicle up and repair the damage. After not hearing from them for a week, I called and they said they changed their mind and are refusing to pay. We are heading to court. read more
