I am from Idaho Falls, Id. and was down here for spring break in my brand new Chevy pick up and noticed a little oil dripping from the transfer case so i went to Stephen Wade Chevy and they wouldn't even pull it in the quick service bay to add a little oil to get me home, they couldn't seem more disinterested in helping an out of towner out. i then proceeded to drive to this Jiffy lube and explained the issue to them and they pulled it right in, topped it off and sent me on my way! great service !! read more

I went to the Jiffy Lube in Washington, Utah on River Road. I was early and made the mistake of going in the building 10 minutes early to tell them I was the first one there as another car had pulled up next to me in a different bay. The manager Jacob Hanson nearly came unglued. I had never been so rudely treated in all my life. If his is the example of good customer relations then that is about as low as they come. It took them 2 hours from start to finish to complete the service of replacing one set of brakes, when they told us 30-35 minutes. Also, was quoted $320 beforehand, then when we paid, it was $360 and when questioned they just said we misunderstood them. Definitely will not be returning to this location. read more

Horrible communication. Last time I was in there for a service they did things without asking and charged me ( air filter , cleaning battery terminal ) . Not to mention they never clean the windows like they say. I didn't notice until later so I decided to wait until next service and sure enough they replaced air filter without asking . In the past they would show you and you could make the decision. As they were telling me what they did I stopped him and told him I didn't approve that and to show me old filter . He seemed really put out by me asking that but he did it . Then he goes to tell me since this is on a fleet account I don't have a say in what they do , the owners do , and to call corporate . So of course I told the owners and I definitely won't be going to that location . read more

horrible awful disgusting place. Came in with a minor issue I stated several times that I was going to be traveling and wanted the service to be thorough. They forgot to put a lug nut on my tire and left the other tire with all lose lug nuts. They told me to go on the freeway, sending me with a tire that was near falling off. During my service employees were throwing car parts at each other running around and screaming instead of focusing on their job. I could have been killed at the hands of their foolishness. They offered me no compensation for the horrible job and scary situation that they put me through. Protect your friends and family and never go here. I got lucky, the next person might not be so lucky. read more

Jacob, the store manager, is shady as can be. Continually interrupting me when I'm trying to ask him questions and has no consideration. No help at all. They've made false promises in the past about what they can do and later they tell me they no expertise in anything outside oil changes. read more

I have taken my car into this location twice for an oil change and they did not fill my oil up. My car takes 7 quarts and I had to add 3 quarts to get it to full. My car is pretty new and does not show any signs of any leaks. read more

I have taken 3 different cars to this location and each never having a problem with. They offer the best service they can everytime I go. Once they had forgotten to do a tire rotation we had asked for and they told us to bring it back around and did it for free. I have had no problem with this location. Sometimes it'll be a long wait but that's a given when it's very busy. Jacob the manager is very considerate and helpful. I absolutely love how helpful he is with customers and communicating. He has always been very considerate to me and always offers the best service. I went here to get my window chips repaired, so nothing major in my vehicle. When I pulled up I was immediately greeted and the gentlemen was very nice and patient. As I was directed to the waiting room, everyone else was nice as well. There are numerous seats in the waiting room, popcorn machine, water, tv etc. which makes waiting for your car easier. Window chips can be paid for by your insurance or yourself. As I filled out paperwork for my car insurance, they were patient and very respectful to me. I was in and out of there very quickly & the job was well done! All the guys working there on this day were very nice and respectful! read more

I was surprised at the dearth of information about shops that perform the state required safety inspection. So, I picked Jiffy Lube randomly as I drove by. I was very pleasantly surprised at how fast they were. An attendant walked out to the parking lot as I pulled up valet style. He asked what I needed and said he could have it done in 8 minutes. I walked inside to use the very clean restroom and was comfortable in the waiting room. I will definitely be back here next year when I need to renew again. read more

HORRIBLE, I WILL NEVER GO BACK. They got fingerprints all over the side of my car, and put a 3/4 inch scratch on the hood, even though they had an apron on the fender! After I parked in the garage, I noticed about an hour later that there was oil dripping out of the oil plug. It had spread oil all over the bottom of the undercarriage and made a HUGE GREASY MESS. I called them and they said "sorry". That's it, no offer to fix or give a discount on next service. It took me hours to clean up the garage and the car and I had to take it to another service station to have them tighten the plug. read more

Only reason one star. There is not a negative selection. These guys are not where to take your car (truck). They overfilled my engine by 2 quarts of oil. My own spendy oil no less. Greasy hands all over my door handles, steering wheel. The lift wouldn't handle the pickup so no tire rotation. Didn't have the air filter. Very inexperienced people. Oh and all that "No service" took an hour. So I need to retract my previous statement above. Yes the above statement is correct however I must add that the management reached out to me about the incident. They have made every effort possible to correct any issues from the service. This Jiffy Lube does a good job. I've come here for years. Both locations in St. George though work to upsell on just about everything they can. The River Road location is more pushy on that than the Red Cliffs location. Of the two, although an older facility, the Red Cliffs location is better. Good for oil changes and service. They spent some extra time in the windows and vacuuming of my car today. Nice of them to do so. Be sure to let them know the oil you want though. The last couple of times I've had an oil change, the attendant jumped right to the most expensive oil blend as the option for me when I've never run that before. read more

My review is more on observation than anything. I was told that since my tires stuck out past my fenders by 1.5" that they would have to fail my safety inspection. I've had the vehicle with the same size tires on it for 16 years and nobody has ever said anything about it. For this I had to pay $15! Mostly what I noticed was that the 4 or 5 people ahead of me all had to have some kind of work done to pass inspection. I can't help but wonder if they are just using the inspection for bait so they can charge you for more services. read more

I went in to get an oil change. I had always gone to another location, but moved closer to this one. I did not have a coupon however, Anthony the manager, agreed to give me the the discount anyway. A few minutes later he came in and said " you are not due for another 1,200 miles, want us to just top you off for free now and you can come back"? WOW! Honest! So I decided to get the two new tires I needed. He went over everything with me and ordered the tires. They came in the next day.
