took my car into jiffy lube and got the WORST service ever. They didn't fill my oil level to proper amount so after 750 miles my check engine light goes off. ?Took it to the dealership whom informs me that due to the oil level being so low my repair is $3300.00. A direct result says the dealership technician that the oil level was at 2 quarts. No leaks and my car could never burn uop 2 quarts of oil in 750 miles. Jiffy lube is taking no responsibility for there action when they spoke to the deaklership[ tech who told them its a direct result of low oil. DO NOT TRUST THIS JIFFY LUBE. I took my car to get an oil change and a check up at this location, and it was overall fairly unsatisfied. Well, the price was OK, well I was sitting in my car during the change, the employees were yelling profanity, and seemed to be messing around. They then poured some fluids into check different parts of the engine and didn't seem to know what they were doing. I drove all the way to this location 40 mins before it's supposed to close. Needed a quick inspection so I can continue to drive for Lyft. The lights were on. The guy was in the office. My husband and I hit our third pothole in Los Angeles on Jefferson Boulevard near 405. The city does nothing and neither does. Karen Bass called them. They don't care. This is our Jiffy Lube and we went all the way there they took care of us right away, helped us put the spare on our car and had to order a brand new tire again. They could not have been nicer. I was made more comfortable with Angie who had the patience to answer my questions about what my car needed today. Being woman--I was very comfortable while they did the work. I am coming back for additional maintenance work including a radiator flush and brake fluid exchange. ACTUALLY if we're talking about what's "deserved," I'd say there needs to be an option to Red Flag an establishment. I hate feeling like one of those "back in my day" chicks, but WTF WAS THAT?! Why is it nearly impossible to find people who simply care about doing a good job? ...Or at the very least, doing the BARE MINIMUM? This location actually was my go-to spot for oil changes and/or basic services. I used to bring my old Scion tc here (last stop being in Nov 2023, which was actually a great experience). I have no idea what happened between now and then, but the bar is ON THE FLOOR!! My partner and I were out running errands, and he decided to stop by to get a quick oil change. The typical routine is to drive up to the garage, someone walks up to your car, and you begin the process of letting them know what services you're in for, and the rest is history - we do just this (or attempt to) - 1) We pull up 2) No one comes 3) We literally sit and watch several employees pretending to work / doing anything to avoid eye contact After about 8 minutes, my partner decides to walk in. He sees an employee make shifty eye contact, then quickly walk out of sight. Zero acknowledgement. A few minutes pass - the employee walks passed again, so he gets his attention and asks for help (The shop is dead, mind you. Literally just a single car parked on each side of the garage). Instead of helping him, the employee tells him, "Oh, just wait in your car and someone will come out to help you." .... okay.... When he got back into the car, all employees scattered out of our sight like roaches. We sat for another 10 minutes. He took a picture and literally wrote an entire Google review while we sat in the car before finally deciding to just drive off. I know there are some days when we all just want to be left the fuck alone -- On those days? Come here. LOL. The employees may not be able to help, but 10000% they WILL leave you alone. In fact, they'll ignore you so hard, you'll feel damn near invisible. *And to the account manager leaving responses under bad reviews asking us to email the store -- please spare me. I come here to do basic service for my company's vehicle. I wouldn't say it's the cheapest service in town, but it's an easy stop so I can change the oil and check the fluids. A couple of times I asked for the tire air to be filled and it never was done. So just double check everything because some of the young guys are still half asleep when they work on your vehicle. 3 Stars Why a 3-star rating? Let me explain. It was Saturday around 11 a.m. when I drove up to the Jiffy Lube at the 90045 location. I saw only one car in each bay and thought, "Great, this should be quick!" Well, I was wrong. Despite the light load, I ended up waiting 40 minutes before they even started on my car. In total, I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes before it was finally ready/finished. When I asked why it took so long, I was told that three of their guys went to lunch at the same time, so they were a bit short-handed. Fair enough, but the delay wasn't over yet. When I tried to pay, their payment system went down, and they could only accept cash--who carries cash these days? While waiting for the system to come back up, I saw some of the staff returning from lunch and getting back to work, at a snail's pace. By now, a line of cars was forming, with four or five customers waiting. After finally being able to pay, I asked if they had checked my air filter, tire pressure, and windshield wiper blades and fluid, which I thought were part of the oil change service. They said no but offered to do it if I wanted. I thought these checks were included--aren't they? To top it off, their sticker printer was down, so Angie, the manager, had to make a handwritten one. Angie, by the way, was fantastic--she was doing her best to manage everything, from oil changes to handling the front desk, all while supervising the staff. Before I left, I asked to see the dipstick to check the oil level. It was too high (pass the full line). I was told they put in 5 quarts, but I checked later, and my 2012 Hyundai Elantra only requires 4.2 quarts. Hmmm... I'll let them know next time. Overall, my experience was disappointing. I've been going to this location for over ten years, but things have definitely changed. It seems like some of the newer staff might need a refresher on what's included with an oil change and how to keep things running smoothly. Kudos to Angie for handling everything thrown at her, but I hope the team can improve the service moving forward. I'll probably give them another chance since I've been a loyal customer for so long. I my book receiving a 3 star from a customer should not be the norm but maybe I'm a bit old school, but I have had 5 star in the past from this location before that's why i took the time to review. This place is a scam. It took almost 3 hours to get a vehicle inspection and tires rotated. They also wouldn't pass my inspection bc they said my wipers left streaks and gave me the option to buy new wipers from them. Other option was to leave and get new wipers and come back and waste another 2 hours there and probably another $30. They said tire rotation would take 5 minutes more than the inspection turns out they meant an hour and a half more. Also, the guy said $30 for the wipers and then when I went to pay it's 60 because it's $30 each. I've never heard of wipers costing sixty dollars. These guys are complete scam. I have nothing good to say about them. I would never bring my car there again. read more

*****Don't go here ***** So a couple of months ago I sent my wife to this location with her 2018 Hyundai Kona with a 1.6 L turbo engine. I knew we were behind on the oil change so I wanted to get it done quickly and I had no time to do it myself. I am an ASE certified technician and have more than 20 years experience working on cars. I was the last one to do her oil change on the car. My wife was told that her drain plug was stripped and that there were threads showing on the drain plug. I just took my car to a friend's location and we removed the drain plug. There was nothing wrong with it except that it was old because the vehicle had 90,000 miles on it. You figure out how many oil changes that is. After a while, Hyundai and probably most cars the drain plugs will get old and needs to get replaced. I was very dissatisfied with the service and they didn't even write up a repair order when they took my wife's car into the shop. This is a violation with the BAR, please don't take your car here because if they feel like not working on a car, they won't touch it and this is very disheartening from a place that prides itself on service. 2+ hours for an oil change. It's not until I get out the car and ask what's the issue that they finally "remembered" to tell me that they ran out of oil filters. Fine, so you can't work on my car. So I ask to leave, and they say "oh, well we already removed the old filter." I ask them to put it back, and they say they can't. Insanity. Absolutely incompetent insanity. Probably the worst service I've ever had. I came in for a simple request. I went to go fill up the air in the tires of my bike but the person who served me, I Think his name was Chris, filled my tire up way too much and completely popped my tire. It exploded right in front of us. He didn't say sorry or anything. Complete idiot. Update: It's been a few days afterwards. I got a call from one of the employees there and they recompensated me for the tire. I'm updating this and putting my rating up from 1/5 to 2/5 because of that only. Don't go here! It took 2hrs 15mins to provide a basic oil change. It's also extremely over-priced. I felt price gouged for simple services. There's a line out the door so they don't seem to be concerned about their slow service times or high prices. I felt my business was more of a nuisance to them as opposed to appreciated. I learned the hard way an important lesson: do not let JiffyLube do anything to your car beyond an oil change. My Honda civic overheated at the airport so I brought it to the closest service station I could find which was this Westchester JiffyLube. They said my radiator needed to be replaced. I needed to get home so I paid the $987.03 for parts and labor to have it replaced. I made it home but the next day I discovered a massive leak from the water pump (see video). They had totally missed this. When I took it back they accepted no responsibility for their misdiagnosis. The manager Jose said he would file a report with corporate but despite my calling back several times over the coming weeks I never got a response. Ultimately I took the car to a mechanic I trusted which is what I should have done in the first place. He replaced the water pump and I have had no problem since. Beware the JiffyLube so-called "mechanics" - they will take you for a ride you won't soon forget. read more

I used to love this place I used to take all my cars.... When a guy comes back to you and says you have to use a certain type of oil when the dealer has put conventional oil in your car.. And they try to charge you $120... It's absurd I'm not going to go back and argue with you dude that you don't know your stuf or you're just trying to charge me extra.... Came in on 1/15 around 430pm for an OIL CHANGE on my Audi A5, after an hour and 3 attempted phone calls I finally get in touch where the girl then tells me they accidentally drained my transmission fluid and they didn't have the fluid and it won't be done until tomorrow. I specifically asked for a phone call as soon as my car was done. On 1/16 around 3pm I called to ask for an update as I was told it would be ready by 12pm but no call. Manager Jose claimed no one told him I needed to be called and came up with I told them I would call for an Uber and be there at 3 to get my car which was never said ! This place is horrible. Jose even laughed on the phone at my frustration and claimed the call was being recorded. NEVER once was I asked if a recorded call was ok nor does any operator tell you it'll be recorded which is ILLEGAL, never gave consent to a recorded call! Jose also had the audacity to tell me "this could've happened at a dealership". Never have I ever been treated this way by any SERVICE company. The worst experience ever and such poor management and communication. To top it all off manager Jose left his TRASH in my car ! A used Burger King cup with water still on the outside !! Truly the worst location ever. My service alert was still showing "due in 7days" and some guy told me our computer can't reset an Audi.. IF YOU DONT HAVE EQUIPMENT FOR AUDI MAYBE DONT SERVICE THEM!!! 0 stars of I could but truly so horrible, upper management should reconsider Jose' title and or job. Train your employees on how to differentiate a transmission cap and oil cap. Literally a joke of a place to work on cars!!! The guy who checked me in at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, even told me about the senior discount which I was unaware of. But that was after 40 minutes of waiting in two different lines in my car. He came to the rescue and was a whole lot better than the mechanics who - well, to say they didn't communicate very well, is a big understatment - mostly through grunts and not very specific pointing. And then as I was finally driving of after my oil was changed, I noticed they didn't bother to reset my warning notice, so it still says "Oil Maintenance Required". No sticker on the windshield either saying when the next change is due, as they always did in the past. Since I was on the road and on my way to Highway 5, I didn't really want to go back then. Hopefully I can stop at a Jiffy Lube when I get back home and they can reset. They also didn't bother to vacuum my rug (unfortunately since it was a rainy week in L.A.), which they have always done at my previous trips to Jiffy Lube. Wanted to really love this place. Most convenient location. $119 for synthetic oil change seems not too high. Was hoping for a reasonably quick turnaround. Car oil change done quickly, but took extra 10 min to reset system after payment and after waiting 15 more minutes to have tire pressure check, I almost gave up. There weren't many cars, but service is key. Not wearing masks while in car or having to drive back in line cost a star, but manager is very pleasant. If they had checked for my slow leak as I had requested or at least tried to, that would have been 5 stars - even with the delay. read more

DO NOT GO THERE, I went for an oil change a few months ago and they did not screw the engine shield of the bottom of my suv properly. The shield fell off on the middle of the freeway and I went back and told the service guy that he had not screwed properly the panel (I did not tell him it had fallen off). Guess what?? He pretended to check it and PRETENDED to "fix it", and he was like "oh there you go, its all fix now". I was in shock, what kind of person or business dos this? He did not take any accountability. After I told him what had happened he said he was going to order the part, I spoke to the manager and they said it was their mistake and they were going to replace it..... more than 4 months later and they just won't take responsibility, they keep telling me that they will order the part and when I call they just transfer me from one person to another. So there are endless groupon deals for $55 for a full oil change (30% of which goes to groupon), but at the same time they now charge $45-50 for just the labor? How does this make sense?
