I verbally explained, and then submitted it in writing, exactly what I needed. From the first meeting Stacy rushed me and continue to say I understand I understand. When in fact she understood little to nothing. The first proof I got was very far off base, nowhere near what I asked for. It took over three weeks and many renditions. In the end I still did not get what I wanted. Throughout the process Stacy was rude, condescending, and tried to turn things around to put the blame on me.
