I did see him two years prior for my wisdom teeth extractions, so I was so anxious about this particular appointment at first, but he put me at ease during my visit. He told me that he thought I didn't necessarily have it, since it doesn't really occur in people my age, thinking it's probably just a bit of reflux, and he said there's this little patch on there to where the tonsils were removed (this was 15 years ago). After an extended hiatus from having my teeth cleaned on the recommended schedule, the entire staff took extra care to calm my nerves on my first trip back. They were gentle, thorough, and kind throughout the entire process and have continued to be at each subsequent cleaning. Dr. Chad also removed my wisdom teeth and it was honestly so easy (for me). He numbed my mouth so well (thanks!!!) and was so calm and quick. I'm not kidding when I say I think the entire process took maaaaybe 15 minutes with no complications and no pain. This is a down to earth office, no waiting, good pre and post instructions, they make you feel as if you were the most important person in the world in a natural way, not fake looking treatment.
