She is fabulous. She always reminds you of your appointments and goes above and beyond to get to know about you and make you feel special. Then there is my all time favorite-Peggy. She does the best cleanings and is Dr. Loukas' right hand woman. She is so friendly and hilarious. My favorite part of visiting is getting to see her. Both Dr. T and Dr. Maria are great dentists. I not only get my teeth done here but also get Botox every 6 weeks. They have great prices and do an amazing job. They even made it so that I can do both in One appointment and be as efficient as possible. Thank you guys for always taking great care of me and my family. I got my wisdom teeth removal here recently and I only have amazing things to say about this place. I'll start with the technical aspects - Dr. Cho is extremely smart and knows what he's doing. Prior to my wisdom teeth removal, he joked to my mom and I that he has a secret method for removing the teeth so that my gums and mouth won't hurt as much as others afterwards. But just as he said, the night of my removal was spent wearing off the numbness with strange feelings in my mouth as expected, but the very next morning it was almost like I never got anything done! The procedure and everything after was so smooth for me that my coworkers were also shocked at how it seemed so painless and different from their wisdom teeth removal experiences. Another thing I applaud Dr. Cho is his transparency. My specific teeth situation was a bit complicated and more special of a procedure because of how close some nerves were to my teeth, but Dr. Cho fully explained everything so we could understand the situation and decide between some options he laid down for us. Another big plus was explaining it in Korean for my mom so she could easily understand as well! Everyone in the office works extremely hard for their patients. The first consultation appointment we went in, we ended up staying for a half hour past closing time! While the receptionists went left for home after wrapping up their work, Dr. Cho and Dr. Erin Cho stayed behind to finish our consultation then closed up themselves and left. Additionally, when it came to insurance and payments, the receptionists did their best with checking with the insurance companies instead of just charging us whatever. Overall, a very 5/5 experience with this office! Of course it depends on your specific situation and insurance, but I can say for myself that I had a painless wisdom teeth removal with minimal payment and no problems 6 months out!

When I try to schedule a cleaning they are booked 4 months out. So it didnt happen. Today I called to schedule a cleaning again because the last time I saw them I was told to schedule it. But now they are saying I have to come back again for an assessment and x rays(more $$$$$) and then they can finally schedule the cleaning after that visit. Except they're booked through July currently. So here we go again. Expensive but good place for cosmetics. Horrible place for regular care. Youre better off developing a relationship with a more traditional dentist practice that can actually see its clients.

However, I'm happy to say that coming here has made my appointments less stressful and enjoyable! The waiting room is cozy, well-cleaned, and the environment is calm. James was the first person I interacted with--he was helpful and welcoming. We had a brief discussion of anime, tattoos, and other random topics . I believe he decorated the waiting area this month, which made it even cozier and a perfect fit for the spooky season ! I met with Iskho, who is incredible! Iskho is sweet, informative, and funny. During my appointment, he was gentle with my teeth and would describe to me what he saw and would discuss methods on how to improve. We exchanged anime suggestions and tattoos, which made my appointment fun. Dr. Raina is amazing.
