The lady was…read moreeven complementing on how great my skin is now and it feels worse than sand paper and it's over 2 weeks after the procedure and I'm still super swollen. She said the recovery time was 2 days. When I was getting the 500$ procedure she tried to sell me some oils and creams made in house for an additional 500$ or 300$. ( if this isn't medical grade, I would NEVER pay those prices) so trying to scam me then. Then when I follow up 2 week later asking why my skin and face are so messed up and she just says I'm having allergic reaction and need an antihistamine. Also offered to sell me another 300$ in these made up creams and oils. My skin is completely ruined and my chin is bigger than it was before going in. My skin bleeds from how cry it is. The customer service to zero to none and now I question how clean their products or what they are even doing.

In comparison, in each of the prior two years, I was put on five-day steroid treatments in the spring and fall in order to get my body to calm down its reaction to allergens. I've found pain relief in their acupuncture treatments as well. And I just started a new program they offered that so far has been proven very helpful. I highly recommend Wasatch Medical Spa and their very competent, professional, and friendly team.

I am so disappointed. We just barely found out that Ogden had an I-float pod. Last night my…read moresister got online at 10:00 and booked us two appointments without telling me. This morning she called wanting to surprise me, unfortunately I had a surprise for her. I had gotten sick last night and was still really sick when she called. I was so excited to try this because of a chronic disorder I have lived with for nearly 15 years. With everything going on in the world, I wasn't sure they wanted me there sick. (I wouldn't want to go into an environment where someone else was sick no matter how well they clean it) I desperately wanted to try this place and around noon asked if she could reschedule because our appointments were at 4:30. She called and said the man at the desk not only said "no" and that he would have to go ahead and charge us anyway but she also said he was extremely rude. I mean its not like we just didn't want to go -I felt like it was best I not go with the symptoms I was showing and just wanted to go even the next day after I could be tested. I don't know if I'll be able to post the picture she sent me of our appointments online last night, but I will try. It proves they were WIDE OPEN. When she spoke to him this afternoon she mentioned that it might would have been better just not to try and be courteous by booking online and waited. He rudely told her that was correct and sounded like her problem. I just feel in todays climate there would be understanding when people are sick and worried about spreading what could be life-threatening illnesses to others. Just makes no sense to me. I really wish this wasn't the only place in Northern Utah because I really believe it may finally give me some relief. Looks like I may have to drive to the Salt Lake area to find some help. This place apparently isn't about customer service.

The showers are located in the rooms with the pods so you have full privacy. The location is in an odd place, tucked in the corner, but not too hard to find. Overall a pretty good experience, it was my first time doing the floatation. I really did not feel any different during our after so I doubt I will go again, this kind of thing is not for me. If you love doing the flotation thing then give this place a try. They do offer month memberships as well is you are interested in going offer. Open Tuesday to Saturday.

Sessions are limited to seven participants, but more often, my sessions include only two or three others, which makes the space feel more private despite being a public sauna. The people I've met have been great, and we often have engaging and fun conversations. Contrast therapy has significantly improved my physical recovery, energy levels, mood, and overall well-being. My typical routine involves spending 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna, followed by a bucket shower, then 3 minutes in the cold plunge, and finally, shivering for a few minutes to warm up slightly before returning to the sauna. Within a one-hour session, I can usually complete this routine about three times, ending in the cold. Throughout the session, the staff will check on the sauna and add fresh water with essential oils to the stones. About halfway through, they bring everyone a cup of cold electrolyte water and a frozen washcloth, which feels wonderful in the sauna. Thank you very much, PLUNJ, for a terrific experience during every visit!
