My husband and I were able to book within the same day for a 90-min experience. We had a private room with an infrared dry sauna, steam room/shower, and a small space with a bench to place our belongings. It looked like there was only one other room for a couple but I'm not sure if they had more that I didn't see? It was nice that we were able to connect our own music to the Bluetooth speakers. We paid $115 for the both of us since we upgraded $5 to include Halotherapy which is a salt capsule released in the infrared sauna. The salt capsule lasted for maybe about 20 minutes but it felt nice breathing it in. Outside on the patio, there were 2 cold plunge tubs. The colder one is a one-person pod while the less cold (which was still soooo cold) could fit 2 people but it'd be better to just do one at a time. There's also a 2-person jacuzzi outside. There's also a set of outdoor furniture that looks inviting to hang out in on a warmer day. Rosa checked us in and thoroughly explained the process since it was our first time here. She was welcoming, helpful, and patient with all of our questions. The experience itself was so rejuvenating. We stayed in the infrared sauna for about 25 minutes (they also provide sunglasses to block out the light), then the steam sauna for about 10 minutes then we hurried outside to cold plunge. We came here in the winter time and so it was already so cold out in the patio. The cold plunge felt so good after being the heat for a while but I could only last for 30-60 seconds before my body gave up. It was nice getting to scurry on over to the hot tub afterwards. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here! I wish we had something like this where I'm from. Next time we're in town for snowboarding, I'll definitely come back here again!

I liked that that infrared sauna is actually in the treatment room, so you can go straight from it to the table. Overall, a nice place to warm up and get a facial. To the owner, I would just request slightly longer blankets, I run cold constantly and having my bare feet out and without a heated table took some getting used to.

The first day I was in there (Sugarhouse) they are playing explicit Tupac and families are in there with their kids. It was embarrassing. I like Tupac but unacceptable lyrics for families. I enjoyed the cryotherapy and I signed up for their services. From there I had many good cryotherapy sessions. At one point I tried to do the IV drip and they could not get me set up after 5 pokes. So, I left. My doctor the next day had no issue. I get it. But another wasted option in my membership. I had good experiences until today (Sept 24, 2022). I changed for my session which I arrived early for. I go to wait for my session. Meanwhile, there are employees using it at the same time together (Yes, 2 people in the machine together in and out. Seemed like it was a sexual thing? It definitely was.) and laughing and using the machine. What music do you want? I don't know. They are in and out every 30 seconds. I stood there and no acknowledgment. The appointment was at 4... Now It was 4:15 and the horseplay was continuing. I went back and changed back into my clothes and left. I called when I got home and canceled. Corporate and the owner were notified. I was told by corporate they would get back to me. They never followed up. The owner did finally call and it was just lip service. I should have been offered my money back since they could not fulfill my membership.
