We just used H&H for the 3rd time for a large family celebration. He was patient with difficult family members and organized and creative. His goal was to get the best photos and he was amazing. The videographer was also amazing and captured the entire party. We really would have liked some guidance since as the groom with my new bride: there was no way we would have remembered who we need for photos. Then came the photos and video. Blah! Our friends took way better pictures in both quality and poses! The video was like something from 1980. Static and horrible audio. Again- better stuff came from our family than the videographer. Our friend got married in October and we are now seeing their videos and photos. Our friends used non-fulltime photo/videographers and got 200% better quality than we did with H&H. Sigh. I'm not on a mission to destroy these guys or anything- I'm sure they'll do just fine. However, I would hate to see anyone out there be as dissatisfied as we were.
