Jason is amazing! He completed a complete home inspection for our family earlier in the week. The process was seamless. He even showed up earlier to collect a water sample, knowing the lab would likely be closed due to snow, and he was able to get it there before they closed so the results would not be delayed. There was snow on the roof but he still went up there. He walked me through everything on the outside of the house down to the tiniest detail. The best part was he "taught" me about the house I was buying, how specific features worked, and the science behind everything. Thanks to him I now know the best locations for a photoelectric versus an ionic smoke detector. I could not have asked for a better experience with Jason. He arrived early for our appointment and even began to inspect the roof and exterior of the house before we arrived (he was on the roof when we pulled up to the house) It rained on and off during the entire 3 to 4 hour inspection but Jason made sure every inch of the premises was looked at and reviewed.
