So I tried different physical activities - yoga spoke to me the most. It's wasn't just a workout at a gym, it was bigger than that. As I practiced more, I'd come to realize that physical aspect of yoga was a door to emotional and mental health, a path to a better life. Three years ago, I committed myself to regular practice with BRIGHT HEART yoga studio, and I've kept my promise. Today, I feel healthier, stronger and more energetic. I like being outdoors, and the physical competence I've acquired over these last three years makes my experience so much more enjoyable. Today I am who I wanted to be. I worry less and I do more. It's not something that happens to you overnight. It's what you create. Don't wait for tomorrow, start today.

It is only 39 dollars for the first month, for unlimited classes. I decided I had to join. I've been doing hot yoga on and off for the past ten years. Everyone at the studio is very kind and accommodating, they let you work at your own level and pace. They also allow you to borrow a mat, at no extra charge, if you happen to forget yours! I really recommend this place. I love all the instructors, the other students and the studio. The studio is small enough that it is doesn't feel overwhelming. Give this place a try! You won't regret it!

I did my first Art of Living course two years ago under very stressful conditions. I came to know about the AOL course from a family friend. Our lives has taken a new turn since the course. I repeated the course last weekend at the Art of Living Foundation, Cupertino Center. It was simply amazing! The teachers, Suchitra and Krishna, and the center brought in their/its own flavor to already beautiful course.
