Well, it seems like it should be a good deal, but I've now been there twice, and I left both times with my car being only sorta clean. Actually, my most recent visit was quite noticeably bad with large areas of my vehicle looking like it hadn't been washed at all (see pics). **5/31 Update** I've now been through the car wash 4 times, and 1/2 of the right side, 1/2 of the rear of the vehicle and 100% of the wheel wells still come out of the wash dirty. It may be useful to know that what doesn't come off in the wash can be easily wiped away with a cloth by hand, but at this point, it's turned into a test for them. I have informed them via their web site which says they will respond within a day, but it has now been several days with no word. I don't recommend and will not be continuing my unlimited plan with them. read more

I'm not sure about the other negative reviews, but I had a great experience. Granted a car wash, vacuuming, and detailing my car does help me relax. I loved that they provided upholstery and glass cleaners. I generally have a simple care wash, but I knew this would cheer me up! It's been a long couple of months/year/day. It's been a time. The whole process was smooth. I didn't encounter any issues. I did my thing and enjoyed time with myself. Now I'm considering a monthly unlimited pass. read more

I had a very disappointing experience trying to resolve a membership charge after I believed I had successfully canceled my car wash membership. On July 23, 2026, I specifically intended to cancel my membership. My plan history shows two cancellation attempts at 8:15 p.m. and 8:16 p.m. Because the online cancellation process was unclear, I submitted the cancellation again to make sure it had gone through. Despite my efforts, I was later charged for another membership period. When I contacted the company to explain the situation and request a refund, the manager showed little interest in understanding the difficulties I experienced with the online cancellation process. I explained that the unclear process apparently resulted in my account being reinstated by mistake, but the manager was unwilling to provide a refund or meaningfully address the issue. I understand that businesses have policies, but customer service should also involve listening to customers and considering documented evidence when a technical or unclear online process may have contributed to an unintended charge. I was not asking for anything unreasonable--I was requesting a refund for a membership I had made clear efforts to cancel. The lack of understanding, accountability, and willingness to resolve this issue was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I consider this poor customer service and poor business practice. Paid extra services . During car wash the soap applied but the rinse stopped working . Got out of the car and told the attendant that rinse wasn't working . She apologized explaining it suddenly stopped but they will rinse the car if I go back in the line . They sent me back for a rinse but no extra services that I paid were done .I was sent to members line but apparently my license was not in the system . Another girl kept asking for phone number going inside coming back asking for email etc . I told her I was sent for a failed rinse and soap was already dry on the vehicle . People in line behind me were honking like it was my mistake . On top it took 25 minutes to get back in line. An hour and money wasted for unbelievable poor service with no value whatsoever . If you drive a lot through dirt, and need to wash your car every other day or something, their "unlimited" selection might be worth it. But if you only need a wash one a week, or less often, their unlimited package is quite costly. It used to be worth it when they first opened, but they have since upped the price and cut down on services and I don't feel that they offer anything better than a car wash from Kwik Trip of Pitstop on Silver Spring. Considering their price and claims, it should be much better, but it it really isn't much different than a Kiwi Trip and Pitstop, other than that it offers self vacuuming and towels... but while they were ready available when they first opened, I have to look very hard to get a fresh supply of dry towels now. I've also had to move the car to get a working vacuum twice. On another occasion I had to use the other vacuum (there are 2 right next to each other so that two cars can be served on either side. Thankfully there was no other car next to me). It's really awkward and difficult to try to find help, because I don't know where they are. The office is clear on the other side of the self vacuuming area, near the entrance. So even if I want to ask for fresh towels or let them know that the vacuum machine is not working properly, I just give up rather than try to find someone to get help. Now some griping about their sticker. Even though they supposedly have a "sophisticated camera" that "reads your license plate and vehicle make to identify your vehicle", they will attach a sticker on the inside of your car. They won't let you stick it on yourself and will insist on coming inside your car to do it themselves (which is fine now... but I used to be very careful during the pandemic and the employee who did it was not masked and super annoying). They will put that sticker on your car like it's supposed to stay there for the lifetime of your vehicle or something. Taking it off was a horrendous experience. I think they use horrible sticky stickers that have premade cuts on them so you can't readily take them off, or to stick it to you for discontinuing their service? When you like your car nice and clean and free of sticker clutter, this is very, very frustrating. It took me a good 30 minutes to take the sticker off because it was made to peel off into little pieces (omg, what are they afraid of?? They said they have a camera to identify your vehicle!!), and it still left all that sticky gunk on my windshield. I still have to get my goo gone and try to peel off all the gunk. read more

Brand spanking new spot that's very close to home to wash the whip! I joined the monthly club and for $40 which is a little over $400 a year I can come in up to 10 times a month with my two vehicles and clean them up. This is for the best wash they have which runs a little over 20 something dollars for jut a one time deal. Joining this club is not only the most economical route to keeping your car clean but it makes me have to go so I can get my full use out of the deal. Jilly's also has the area just after you wash where you can vacuum and clean your car even more. This will stay my spot as long as they keep up the premises! Welcome to the Glendale area Jilly's! System for scanning license plates (for members) never works, so then we wait for someone to come out, take a photo of our plate, go inside and look it up.... Meanwhile even though we pay for a membership, all kinds of cars get to go and get their washes. Why have a membership and a lane for preferred treatment if this is what we get. I wanna like this place so much, but there's also so much to be desired. The last two times I've gone through the car wash. My car has several spots that are visibly still dirty. The other piece is you pay a higher fee to be able to use the vacuums and towels, and some "cleaning supplies". The vacuums can barely pick up a wrapper yet alone the salt and sand in your car from a long winter. The cleaning supplies are more water, with a hint of cleaning supplies to change the color slightly blue. Likely due to theft, which is that their fault, all the cleaning supplies are kept inside, which I can understand. When I walked inside both times, not a single employee said hello or even acknowledged that I was in the building - they were all busy on their phones. I brought back inside all the towels I could grab that were outside and dirty, and brought them inside to be washed - once again, every employee was on their phone. read more

Date of visit: 11/14/21 I received a coupon in the mail for a free Ultimate Car Wash at this new location and was excited to use it on a day that wasn't actually raining and there didn't appear to be a crazy long line! I pulled up to the kiosk and the free code scanned without issue, and I pulled around the corner and waited for the door to open, doing that nervous double-check to make sure all of my windows were closed to avoid getting an unnecessary shower. Imagine my surprise to see an employee standing in the entryway. He motioned for me to move forward and then slightly to the right and then gave me a hand motion to stop. The large sign behind him said to put the car in neutral, so I did. But then he yelled at me to put it in park. Ok dude, new to this, just give me a little guidance here. He did some spraying and something to my tires and then started talking to me again. So I rolled the window down again so I could hear what he was saying. Not a great interaction, to be honest. If he set the expectations for me up front, it would have been a better experience for both of us. Maybe he's new too? The wash itself was good, though I've yet to encounter a car wash that does a good job with the side mirrors. Having mostly used touchless car washes the last couple years, this more heavy-duty wash almost seemed aggressive, though maybe I was still put off by the interaction with the employee. Not sure that I would go back here after the rough treatment from the employee, and that there are other car wash options in the area. read more

They were purchased by Jax Kar Wash and changed the Unlimited Wash program so it's NOT Unlimited. You are only allowed to wash your car twice per day and the second wash isn't even at the plan level you are paying for -- unless you're only paying for the lowest level. This is clear False Advertising and probably even a Bait-and-switch issue. Every other car wash I've looked at in SE Wisconsin that offers an "Unlimited" wash does so in good faith, but not Jilly's. They want you to think it's unlimited then strong-arm you when you complain it's not. I should add that when I complained, I was told they weren't doing anything wrong and that my wife and I were now banned for life - AND they didn't give us our money back because they said we got the value for the month. That happened on May 22nd, and since then they have changed their policy and it is unlimited again. But we are still banned. Don't do business with this company. read more

Do not go to Jilly's. This is a shady business that does not maintain their equipment. My car recently got stuck after the tire shine rails hit my tire. The belt was not stopped and the car behind me struck my car before I could release my autobrake and drive myself out. A few days later this happened to another car. Jilly's took no responsibility for the incident and would not provide a phone number for the area manager. They did not even fix the equipment, as a few days later this happened to another car. This place is awesome!!! as many car washes as you want for a nominal monthly fee! Plus, you get a free air freshener and dash wipe every time you go through the wash. You can use unlimited upholstery cleaner, unlimited window cleaner AND they provide the towels! After your car wash is finished you pull into an area where there is a vacuum that you may use as long as you'd like. They also have a clip for your car mats so that you keep your mat still when you are vacuuming!! I mean, how does it get any better? read more

Slick. Not your mom and pop car wash. Automated pay and super easy to get the car in and out. A team of 19 year olds meet you with hand held cleaners, then the automation begins. When you emerge, there are running vacuums for your interior (self serve). The wash missed a few spots and left an 18 inch arc of wax or soap residue, but overall very satisfied. Jeremy is an excellent staff member, so kind & thorough! I went on the second last day of my club membership and the system glitched when I tried to enter through the "pass" lane. Jeremy was there, in spite of the light drizzle, ready to assist and jogged inside to retrieve a digital device to correct the machine's error. He was pleasant, expedient, and just delightful. This place I did like at first, up until a couple of lies. A special was going on, it was the ultimate package for 10 dollars for the first month. I told the guy I didn't want it I was going on vacation for a couple of weeks, he said "This happens all of the time, you can buy it and put it on pause and when you come back you can go to the office and unpause it ". I told him I wasn't going to be by my computer for a while and couldn't. The guy told me he would pause it for me so I went for it. A month goes by and I was charged without me unpauseing it. I talked to the manager and told him what happen and he said he would fix it, I talked to the manager a couple more times about it and no refund. Great new business to add to Glendale. It's clean, well organized, efficient staff. They have the process figured out. The member subscription is a bargain. Something I love about the wash is that when you pull in there are two staff who have soft, soapy brooms to go over the car first. One thing they could do better is the be more thorough on the back with those brushes. The indented area around the license plate is always the area that gets real dirty and the automated wash never gets that part. read more

This is a nice car wash location except that it gets extremely busy and the workers do not communicate to put your car in neutral. Because the signage is poor around this detail and the workers did not communicate (along with the fact that it is a loud environment), this caused the car behind us rear end and dent our brand new car. Granted this isn't the end of the world, but the way Jilly's manager handled the whole situation was immature and unethical. We "filed" a report with the workers after the incident and then never received a call back. Once we called to inquire about the report, it turns out the report was never filed and the manager was never informed. The manager proceed to act is if it was my fault and took no corrective course of action to take care of us as customer. Had the manager showed a small amount of empathy and done anything to take care of us as a customer, I would be writing a positive review about this interaction. But instead the manager was brash and frankly made me feel worse about an unfortunate situation. This is a good car wash location, but unfortunately operated by people that care more about profit than their customers. Be sure to request that the car behind you is spaced appropriately, so you don't get rear ended too. read more
