Not knowing which to try since we haven't lived here very long, I asked her to call Haven's because, honestly, they are located very close to our home. They checked it out and said the main circuit board was shot. (My words). Since the unit was over 10 years old, it really needed be replaced as this was probably just the beginning of issues. We approved, but there was no replacement locally. They made a trip to Springfield to pick it up for us and had it installed within a couple of days, showing a great sense of urgency since it was July and I was out of town. We also had a new smart thermostat installed. We are very happy with the quality of the units and the service. It's now been a year and they called to do annual maintenance. The technician spent a good hour cleaning and testing the heat and air unit and the thermostat. All have worked really well and we feel great about the service we have received from Haven's Air Tech.
