Even though it says Dr. Fisher's office and the front desk 2 days before the appointment confirmed that he will be the one seeing my sister for her first visit (including cleaning + xray), the reality was far from what they confirmed and completely different when she arrived for the appointment. First, they switched the 8 am appointment to 7 am over text. Second, when she arrived at 7 am she waited for 30 mins to be called. Third, it was a completely different doctor - not Dr. Fisher! Fourth, nothing was working in the office - cleaning equipments, xray machine. Fifth, the new doctor said they were informed of the appointment the day before. Lastly, this new doctor barely did anything - forget about cleaning or xrays. My sister was told that Dr. Fisher had a health issue and cannot attend. Why weren't she made aware of that as a new patient, when she specifically asked the front desk person who confirmed the appointment if she would be seeing Dr. Fisher? This is malpractice. Now we need to follow-up with her insurance and let them know, just in case they charge her for cleaning and xrays - which they did none. And like most insurance insurance would cover xrays once a year. read more

Dr. Fisher's office is exactly what I was looking for in a dental office. It's a small office with one dentist, one receptionist, and 2 hygienists (that I've met). The office is decorated with beautiful quilts that I believe Dr. Fisher's wife made. The most unorganized poorly run office I have ever been to. Got statements for services that I never had done on days I never was there! Sounds like Fraud to me. I am calling my insurance company asap to complain! I know other people who have also go there and have told me the billing is all messed up. I saw Dr. Fisher for the first time this week, I hadn't been to a dentist in about 3 years due to Covid/insurance/etc. i was extremely anxious about going in, I actually appreciate that on the intake there was a question about 'how anxious are you'. The dental hygienist, Kim, was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable and eased my anxiety. Dr. Fisher was great, he was able to explain everything so I could understand. Dentist seems fine, but I got screwed on the billing. They acted like my dental insurance was good to go, but then I got a large bill and they claimed that they didn't know that I was "out-of-network". They contacted my insurance before my visit and did not warn me that it was "out-of-network". My dental insurance says they always tell dentists when they call. This is the second time I am in need of Dr. Fischer services, I cracked a tooth and during my first visit over the assessment and expecting to have to paid at least a couple thousand, I was pleasantly presented with a quote way under that. Dr. Fischer checked and determined the work that was strictly necessary to perform the replacement, since everything checked ok, only the crown will be need it. I absolutely admire his honesty and professionalism. After being a victim of work done without my approval and charged for it, I do really appreciate honesty and professionalism. After 3 weeks Dr. Fisher e had the lab technician present to match the color of my tooth that same day so I would leave a happy customer, that is impressive customer service! The dentist was truly amazing and very kind. Unfortunately the administrative staff are incompetent. I went in for a cleaning with the impression at the beginning it was covered. Afterward the idiotic receptionist stated that it wasn't covered. $100(+) later and I'm told it wasn't. Never will I ever go here again and the receptionist seems incompetent telling me something is covered and then I'm told it's not covered under my insurance. Doctor Jim Fisher was very detailed oriented and careful to explain to me my current teeth situation. Probably I had the most education learning about how to read my own X Ray scan ever, and about root canals and fillings. He also paid extra attention to make me comfortable when visiting the office for the first time. The lady taking my extra scan was also very friendly. The administration on the other hand, Jennifer to be exact, is a complete joke. The list of things they have screwed up continues to grow and I only went their once. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Fisher for almost 20 years. During that time we have had four children and Dr. Fisher continues to be our family dentist. He is a great dentist and we also really like his hygienists (we normally see Vince) and staff. At one point I decided visit another dentist simply because we moved away and Dr. Fisher's office is a bit of a drive. I learned immediately what else is out there. Dentists that trying to upsell you, charge for every little thing, recommend procedures that may not be necessary, etc. Dr. Fisher and his staff have always been extremely truthful and have never recommended anything that is not reasonably necessary. Needless to say I realized that the longer drive is definitely worth it and don't plan on shopping for a closer dentist again. I will also note that I work in corporate benefits and deal with dental insurance. I have heard plenty of stories of people that have had run-ins with dentists that are more salespeople vs. dental professionals. Having a dentist you can trust that thinks more about your well-being than their pocketbook is extremely valuable. read more

I am 24 years old and I have been coming to Dr. Fisher and his staff since I was 11 or 12 years old. It is a great group of people that have seen me grow up and have been working on my smile since I was a kid. Usually Vince is the one that does my 6 month cleaning and I absolutely love him. He is great, professional, funny respectful and does a terrific job. Dr Fisher and his staff(I know Andrea and Jennifer too! :-)) They are absolutely awesome people. Very very professional, friendly and moist importantly care deeply about their patients. The past 12 years or so I have had a lot of work done: from cleaning, cavities being filled to getting porcelain crowns and have never ever had a bad experience here. About 6-7 years ago I left Dr Fisher because of a new insurance and absolutely hated it, and came back to Dr Fisher and his team where I get treated as a patients and not a number. He is an honest Dentist that will suggest what needs to be done, what can happen and always always he gives options. I highly recommend him to all the family, even with kids they are great! Throughout these years my entire family has been coming here and will not go anywhere else. I have lived in the area for 15 years. Over that time I have visited several dentists. Some were a hard sell for things I didn't need, some were just bad. About 3 years ago we found Dr. Fishers office. What a blessing finding this office was. The hygiene visits are great. Usually I see Vince. He is the best. At my last visit Vince was on vacation.
