Because of our frequent moves, I had the good fortune of finding many different massage therapists, salons, etc. I have had cervical, thoracic, and lumbar troubles all my life for many different reasons, and it have seen chiropractors, medical doctors, naturopaths, all of whom in their own way has given me relief. Actually, my cervical is to the point that the medical doctor wants to fix it surgically. I'm avoiding that at this point. However, when it comes to massages, Mary Rose Lam is bar-none the BEST LMT I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. She is patient, listens to your voice, then listens to your body, and just knows intuitively where to put her magic fingers, as I call them. Mary Rose has that rare special gift of acute awareness when it comes to finding those problematic areas of my back. I hurt in places I didn't even know were there!
