At my first appointment, he really took the time to get to know me and to understand my chronic neck and shoulder pain. Seriously, he worked with me for more than 2 hours! He was able to explain to me how muscle tightness in my shoulders and back is effecting my whole body. After checking all my reflexes and range of motion, we proceeded to acupuncture to "get things warmed up for the adjustments". I'm fairly new to acupuncture, but he was so fast and deft that it didn't hurt a bit. After I "marinated" for a while with the needles, he did some soft tissue massage and stretching of my trouble areas. Finally, he efficiently adjusted almost every joint in my body! I really appreciate this holistic approach that aims to put the body in balance rather than treating just one body part. I wish I could give Dr. Cone more stars!…read more I had such a terrible "pinch" in my neck that it was giving me horrible tension headaches, jaw pain, and even ear aches. Dr Cone alleviate my worst pain within just a couple visits! He also doesn't try to keep a person in perpetual dysfunction to try to keep a client for years. I could have stopped seeing him within a month, he never pressured me or tried any scare tactics. For this reason, he gained a client for life! I still see him every 4-6 wks for maintenance, by CHOICE. I work at a desk job and, probably from poor posture, I develop tension constantly in my neck and shoulder, sometimes even my right hip will get sore/compressed. It's worth every penny with Dr. Cone, so I don't develop all that pain again. And he even showed me different stretches and exercises to do to help maintain myself... Unfortunately, my body didn't cooperate and even though I did exactly what they said, the weight wasn't coming off. Instead of helping me figure out what the problem was, Dr. Bellonzi started bullying me like an abusive jerk. I have never been so outraged. I would complain to the medical board about his very inappropriate behavior, but I found out that he is not even a doctor. He is a chiropractor!! I was under the impression that he was a doctor. This whole thing has just been a disaster. I asked for a refund, and basically I am out of luck. That, even though their plan is not working for me after all, and I refuse to see that jerk again. Just because I am not up for training for a marathon doesn't mean that I should be mistreated. I did my research and the hCG program was not designed with exercise as a part of it even! This is just some weirdness of Dr. Bellonzi. When I started, I found out that the first month was going to be a "cleanse" and I had to pay for that separately!
