However, today was by far the worst service ever. I asked for my back to be mainly addressed, being that I just came back from a 19 hour drive and I got my shoulders and neck smooshed to death. It starts in a side room, sometimes with other ppl, in reclining chairs with your feet in hot water. After soaking, they dry them and massage. I had the same thing happen to me as Janette in the same timeframe. I showed up for a 2pm…read moreappointment in May on time but Amber's studio was dark and locked with her nowhere to be found. I tried calling and left a voicemail and got no text or callback ever. The only difference between me and Janette is that as I sat there outside of Amber's studio wondering where she was, I went to her website so see if I'd made an error in booking and went through the process again, accidentally booking for the next day. I immediately request cancellation via her web form. I received TWO charges on my card a month later because of this. I'm disputing with my credit union now. I was aware of her policy of 50% charge for no shows but I didn't know that meant if she no shows. (And I think she charged 100%. Can't remember her advertised rates.)
