I decided on the Pork Ribs, Coleslaw, and some fresh French Fries. (Guys, he also does Pork Belly Burnt Ends!) I told him i'll have to put the PBBE on my next visit. Jorge was friendly, patient, and accommodating (I was the only there ordering at the time). It's also good to judge an operation when they are busy and cranking it out. But, today was my day for his BBQ. The wait for the food was about 15 mins. and he brought the silver tray inside for me. All the food looked so pleasant, clean, and neat...I had to take pictures. I like this presentation; the clean orderly look of good BBQ. Tells me a lot about the chef. Dig in: My first bite of the Ribs, the meat fell right off the bone. It was amazing! No sauce!
