All it is missing is strobe lights because the music and staff are upbeat and friendly! It has an elaborate selection of food based on corn based cachapa, which is made from maize flour and resembles a pancake that is folded topped w aioli and cheese. You can either order it topped already or have the toppings on the side. I ordered this because my palate is more sweet. My hubby has more of a savory palate, so he ordered the arepa style, which reminded me kind of like hash browns, but are corn based and they are cooked on the griddle. It is a lot of food but we couldn't help but try the foods since we are visitors. We ended up taking our other half of food on a to go plate (to go plates are featured on the stand where you pick up the food.)

The food is mediocre and the parking situation is terrible inside a small industrial Park parking lot . The arepas are very small and overpriced. Also, they are not halfway open. They are cut completely , two little ones on a plate , real bad. There is much better Arepas places in Doral. No natural juices either everything is canned or bottles, not coming Back .

This is actually a food truck that serves Korean style corn dogs, and they were delicious! I ordered the Cheesy Couch Potato and my sister got El Santiago. Both were amazing. We also wanted to try the churros and loaded fries, but they were sold out. For dessert, I had the Fry Nanas. The lady who helped us was super friendly and welcoming. I also had a brown sugar coffee milk tea but unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of it. Basically, is cold brew coffee with chocolate pearls. It was very sweet, but tasty. Definitely worth checking out if you're into Korean corn dogs and street food vibes.

We ordered the Cuban Guy, the Santiago, loaded fries, and finished with dessert featuring the Guayavita -- everything was insanely crunchy and packed with flavor. The outside had that perfect crisp, and every bite was savory, cheesy, and satisfying. My daughter even created her own masterpiece by adding Hot Cheetos dust -- and it was AMAZING. Beyond the food, the service made it even better. The lady working there was so sweet and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. If you're craving something different, flavorful, and seriously crunchy -- this spot is absolutely worth trying!

So, I was finally able to go on Friday, August 14th. The place was quiet and tranquil. I met Jorge inside the Taproom and we walked over to the BBQ trailer to place the order. I decided on the Pork Ribs, Coleslaw, and some fresh French Fries. (Guys, he also does Pork Belly Burnt Ends!) I told him i'll have to put the PBBE on my next visit. Jorge was friendly, patient, and accommodating (I was the only there ordering at the time). It's also good to judge an operation when they are busy and cranking it out. But, today was my day for his BBQ. The wait for the food was about 15 mins. and he brought the silver tray inside for me. All the food looked so pleasant, clean, and neat...I had to take pictures. I like this presentation; the clean orderly look of good BBQ. Tells me a lot about the chef. Dig in: My first bite of the Ribs, the meat fell right off the bone. It was amazing! No sauce! Just clean meat deliciousness. I tried the 'Slaw, and then the Fries. They both complemented the Pork Ribs. I sat in my chair and savored the rest of my platter (check pics please). Or better yet, you need to go visit yourself and try the BBQ! Here is the Hours of Operation below: Thursday 5pm- 10pm Friday 5pm-11pm Saturday 2pm - 11pm Sunday 2pm-6pm

I had the Beyond Burger w Guac and fries. My husband had the bbq pork belly with tostones. We were both very happy with our meals. But I can't get enough of the mustard bbq sauce!! I'd buy it by the jar if they sold it. So so sooooooooo good!!!!
