It is around the corner from where the food trucks are and tucked in, so a little difficult to see from the road, however ample close free parking. This isn't your typical food truck as they rented space in the warehouse to set up a nice dining room with cool decorations. The pizzas are delicious, homemade and everything is made from scratch! The pasta Bologna was al dente and full of flavor. Good prices with large portions! The ice cream with strawberries was delicious as the strawberries were fresh and the whipped cream was real which completed the dessert. Be patient and enjoy the dining room as they have small ovens to work with. It's worth the wait! Glad we found another go to place!

I finally tried this spot at the new Doral location. The food was amazing, even though there was a long way due to the grand opening of the new location. The service was on point very courteous and very attentive. I was a bit disappointed of asking for extra balsamic vinegar for my caprese salad and that's an up charge. I find that pretty ridiculous for extra vinegar. I feel sometimes the little things makes a big difference. The pizza is an 8 out 10 but not bad. Just a heads up is not a restaurant is a warehouse that has seats with a tv so watch local events. They are hustling and growing their business. I wish them the best of luck.

This is my favorite pizza place in Miami, I absolutely love it and highly recommend it! Service is great, ambiance is not bad, it's located with other food trucks. They do have plenty of seating available. And I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves

This cute little food truck is located in Amelia Yards. They have their own "dining area" and a host that helps you to your table. Your order is taken at your table and brought out by a server when it's ready. An upscale food truck ;) The pizza is freshly made to order and it doesn't disappoint! The pies are a little bit bigger than the size of a personal pizza. One pie can be shared between 2 if you're also ordering an appetizer. I ordered the Piamonte pizza with a lemonade. This pizza is packed with flavor- the Gorgonzola and caramelized onions take it up a level. It's on the higher end of pricing for a food truck but it's definitely worth it for good flavor!

Food was delish, service was a bit too slow but we really enjoyed the pizza. Was worth the wait. Nice cute food truck area. We loved the breadsticks and the Pizza.

Food was delicious , service was very friendly, the ambiance was very patio in a restaurant vibes , not just eating in a parking lot. Def will be back

This Hialeah food truck definitely surpassed any of the expectations I had. I brought my parents here for dinner and we loved it! The quality of the ingredients tasted fresh and every bite was delicious! The pizzas are personal sized but definitely filling. The service was also very nice. Unfortunately, being outdoor seating, it can be very hot. However, the staff did an amazing job at arranging the outdoor umbrellas for us and blocking the sun. I would come back!

You would never think this food is coming out of a food truck. Is very good. Our server Darina is the MVP. She took good care of us and was very friendly. I love the r&b music that they were playing. It gave it a nice vibe

Looking for a cute date night idea? Or even just a family or friends dinner, this spot checks all the boxes. They created a super cute and welcoming ambience using decor, a fun airstream food truck, umbrellas for shade and greenery that bring it to life. And their service + food match the energy! Staff is super attentive and Knowledgeable. They serve delicious pizzas, pasta, wings, fries, salads, and desserts. 10/10 recommend & my favorite pizza has got to be the Pia's pizza!

    Churro with Nutella

Saw this spot trending for their pizzas and decided to pass by on a Monday night, considering it was a slow night the service time was 25-30 for a pizza. Besides the wait time the pizza was really flavorful we got the " The Italian" and the Nutella churros. The pricing is a bit more on the higher side but overall good food. The ambiance was cozy and quiet, the staff were friendly.

finally pias is on yelp I absolutely love this place! the pizzas are very thin, true italian style & I haven't tried one I didn't like so far. the bread and cheese appetizer is so good but very filling! the melting cheese dip is delicious. The bolognese pasta is my fave! its very simple bolognese linguini but so good!!

CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!…read more Dined on a Wednesday night with reservations, place was full by 8 PM. From the moment you walk in the staff are nothing but welcoming and kind. The small space has such a cozy charm that makes you feel like you're dining in the heart of Italy. Our server Mirko gave us time to review the menu and made sure to answer any questions we had. He was very friendly and attentive without overly hovering, and made sure everything arrived while it was still hot from the kitchen. The food was SPECTACULAR! A meal I will certainly never forget. The "Fiocchetti Pere & Parmigiano" was sweet but had a bite from the black sesame; I've never had anything like it. And the tiramisu was delectable without being too overly sweet. Even the wine was delicious! Can't wait to visit again.

All the staff was amazing and helpful, but our waited Pedro truly made the experience. We started off with the Bruschetta Crostini, which was amazing as someone who loves truffle, and the Mozzarella Fritta. Both were amazing but what really blew us away was the Tonnarelli alla Ruota, which was served table side in a parmesan wheel, and the Agnolotti Piemontesi. They even brought out a Tiramisu for my birthday which I thought was insanely thoughtful. As long as this restaurant remains open they will ALWAYS have us as a customer!

An opulent failed attempt at fine dining…read more At first glance, the place is impressive -- beautiful cars outside, constant traffic of guests walking in, crisp white tablecloths setting the stage for what appears to be a refined dining experience. Unfortunately, the illusion fades rather quickly. The first sign of trouble arrives with the server sporting a rather impressive lip piercing, followed closely by a colleague whose diamond nose stud could probably be seen from space. Not exactly the ambiance one expects when aiming for "elegant." Despite the abundance of servers floating around the dining room, none seem to notice when your knife dramatically dives off the table and lands on the floor -- where it enjoys a long, lonely stay. Water service is also quite innovative: they simply leave the entire bottle at the table, which seems less about generosity and more about avoiding the inconvenience of returning to refill your glass. The food? Sadly just as uninspired. From the octopus to the $68 Milanese, every dish managed the impressive feat of being completely flavorless. The Milanese arrived with a beautiful crust, which raised hopes... until you realized there was no sauce, no garnish, and nothing to rescue what turned out to be a remarkably bland plate. Meanwhile, the staff appears deeply committed to minimizing effort -- though not shy about judging you directly when the tip doesn't meet their expectations. All in all, this place feels like fine dining in costume. Perhaps a return to the basics of hospitality and service would be a good start... followed by a serious conversation with whoever is currently in the kitchen. Good luck to anyone brave enough to give it a try.

We choose the indoor seating this time around, but I think I prefer the outdoor seating. Indoors was lovely. It was dark, sexy, no bugs, and the perfect temperature. We ordered: Faust wine 5/5 All the usual free apps 5/5 Grilled Octopus 5/5 Spicy Rigatoni 5/5 Veal Parmesan 5/5 The service was great! They had amazing team work to provide the perfect high class dinning for guest. I never had to think about water being refilled, wine glass being refilled, or crumbs on the table. They checked in with us just enough. Price: If you have drinks, apps, entree, and dessert expect to spend around $300 or more. Portions: Not the largest portions for "family size" but if it's just two it may be filling enough because they give you bread, cheese, cured meats, and pickled cauliflower for the appetizers. Overall, this is one of our favorite spots and it's truly worth the hype. For it being F1 weekend it was not as hectic as expected.

They knew the menu well, could make recommendations, etc. The AMBIANCE: Its a very cool place. Mysterious and subdued. Definitely a place to BE SEEN! Drinks: Very good though some seemed as if they put much less liquor than what the drink really needed, i.e. various martinis we all questioned on the amount of alcohol in them. Food: First, its a very cool touch that they bring out salamis and some nice breads. Overall though we really were not impressed with the food. Calamari - Not very good. Everyone took one bite and left the rest. Pasta dishes - We ordered MANY different ones. The portion that comes out will not feed a child. One pasta was undercooked, one was over cooked and mushy. One was just OK. Fish Dish - over cooked unfortunately and this was the most expensive dish we had. Chicken - came out and was so rubbery. No one liked it. Desserts - They all looked good. Chocolate cake was the best. Banana flambe was fun to watch but the result was much less than stellar. Cost - This may just be the priciest Italian-esque restaurant that I have ever been to. Prepare to be shocked by the final bill while still being hungry. Will we go back? Probably but just for a drink at the bar. Definitely not the food.

I think there was a lot of creativity left on the table for that one. The wait staff was nice and always ready to refill our water and the outside patio was absolutely delightful with its people watching and lack of cars on the street.
