Odd/hostile experience working with Dakota and Andrew at Sullivan…read more There was minor damage to the cover of our hot tub on a service call and instead of accountability, Dakota blamed the age of the cover. It was a strange mix of defensiveness and blame on the call itself. We had an issue with the tub draining after a power outage and Sullivan saying that was impossible unless there is a leak or crack. Ok, well if it is a leak and crack then possibly inspect those areas as a service/repair service? I'm not an expert in hot tubs. We purchased a house that had a new hot tub installed, and the continued response of the hot tub being old for the reason why the damage occurred is weird. The middle part of the cover was also ripped apart from the seams and there was minimal accountability there as well. The new Operations Manager had a weird, defensive response as pictured below. You can be the judge if this is an off response to damages in an inspection and repair. The hot tub after servicing is also still leaking. We needed to hire another local servicer to do this repair work who properly described what might be the issue BEFORE coming out to work on the hot tub.

Sullivan Waterworks usually works on hot tubs, but we have them working on our very old spa…read more Michael came last year for the 1st time and did such a good job we hired Sullivan to come yearly to empty the spa, clean it, and inspect all equipment. This year the jets would come on and then slow to a trickle. Michael was not going to leave until he got them all working correctly. He was here for over 3 hrs. and finally got them all going strong. A big shout out to Michael for his hard work and to Sullivan Waterworks for great customer service. Could not recommend them more highly.

5 stars to my sales person ED MOORE. He was knowledgeable & helpful. He was a factor in my…read morepurchase. I will start off saying that I had two unhappy experiences with their competitors. They are poor business people who I do not trust. I was treated rudely by both. I could have had their tub almost immediately but I figured if they will treat me poorly on about a $6000 purchase (they were less than Jacuzzi), what will happen after they have my money & I have a problem? Jacuzzi of course is the name brand. I can trust them. I also trust Ed Moore. We were told that due Covid supply chain issues the wait about be 10-12 months. We waited a little longer. Everyone was polite & responsive. Robert, head of the delivery crew was helpful. We bought the J-315 which is a smaller unit. That is all of the space we had. The purchase was for relaxing sore muscles & not for parties. It was $9000+ when I ordered & $13,000+ today. The manual explains a lot but doesn't explain everything. That is where ED MOORE comes in. I visited him a few times & was a question box. Everything is functioning properly. The jets hit the areas I want them to hit. I know at motels I have found some hot tubs only focus on the lower & mid back & not the shoulders.

The experience was great until something went wrong. Then, crickets…read more We were happy with the sales and installation process. However, in less than two years, the spa cover started deteriorating quickly. I don't think it's going to last through the summer. Customer service asked for a photo of the warranty tag on the cover. There is no tag and no evidence there ever was one. During several calls and emails, customer service insisted the cover manufacturer would not honor the warranty without the tag. An attorney I spoke to said this is illegal: I have the original receipt and Paradise does, of course, have a record of the sale, both of which should be enough to prove the sale. After I insisted, customer service ghosted me. I'm probably going to have to take them to small claims court.

Never buying a hot tub here again. On my second Sundance spa. The first one lasted over 20 years,…read morewhich is great -- but when I called paradise valley spa for service (the only company that could service a Sundance Spa for that issue, they came out 3 times to fix the same issue and charged me each time. I ended up buying a new Sundance. Now less than two years later, still under warranty, I call them to come out for a "flow switch error" and they say it's fixed ... but it's not. They've come out twice and it's still not fixed. Now they won't return my calls!!! Their service department is unhelpful and your hands will be tied! Don't waste your money. Buy a HotSprings Spa or any other brand.

I bought a hot tub from Paradise Valley Spa a while back. They said they would store it for us…read moreuntil we were ready for it as we were under construction. Then we are told me, NOPE we will not store it. They dropped it off and we find out after the fact that they did not properly set it up to be properly stored. Because of this a crack(s) in the shell appears. They first tell us they will submit a claim for us. Then they say they won't and its our problem. They take ZERO responsibility for how they delivered the hot tub knowing it needed to be properly safeguarded until we are ready for the pad to be poured. Other issues have developed as well. Whatever the sales staff tells you is not accurate or true. Their word means nothing. My advice is to stay away from Paradise Valley Spa as all they care about it taking one's dollars vs taking care of the customer. Shame on them. This is not a place anyone should do business with. I reached to Jordan Cox to chat about this. Never a return call or message. Just a smoke screen on their part. Don't believe any response they may post here.
