It was a dreary day today raining since 1 AM. I arrive there around 11 AM. As I was walking from the parking lot, I met Leon who offered to assist me in finding the plants I wanted. . I found him helpful and knowledgeable and when he didn't have an answer for me, he went to a manager who had the information I needed. A lady named autumn checked me out she was quite helpful, even though their power had gone out because of the storm they Hand wrote My receipt and gave me a copy . They asked if they could take my credit card information and when their power return, they would send me a receipt via email if I provided them my email address, which I did. Overall, the staff was very accommodating and pleasant, except for the lady at the counter named Jennifer. I found her to be standoffish and she gave me the feeling that she was doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase plants from them. Or, I was bothering her.. I have to say that did not make me feel good, however, the professionalism and kindness of the other staff over road the experience and negative energy I got from Jennifer. On top of already having sparse sickly looking plants when I finally found something to buy I was yelled at not to pull from a section of plants that had no indication at all that they weren't for sale. She was rude and abrupt and it was embarrassing and frustrating. Third time I've had a lousy experience but no more! Maas nursery for me now every time. A little further out but awesome healthy plants and a great selection of them to choose from. And the people at nice there too!

When my husband contacted Bennett Floral, the first person said they'll send someone over to stick two lilies in there. Then a Manager told my husband, they follow a "recipe" and that is what they sent. My husband explained to the Manager what we received looks nothing like the picture. The Manager said the best they can do is send someone back to pick up the flowers and issue a refund and she was not very nice at all. My husband ordered and paid for a premium floral arrangement and tipped 15% and was treated rudely. The teleflora "recipe" says 18" wide by 19" high. "One" rose hits the 19" but the arrangement as you can see from the tape measure was just 13.5" wide at best. According to the "recipe" and the description there is a lot missing from the arrangement received. The "undelivery" person showed up 15 minutes later to pick up & take my wrong Anniversary flowers. Very disappointed in Bennett Floral. We do our best to support local business, but this is unacceptable. I expect better service than this.
