I spoke with the owner multiple times about the communication and professionalism. I was talked down to by the owner Cody. Myproject was pushed back multiple times. They were supposed to come Back this spring to finish a few things which had me keep a portion of the remaining balance, but when I called to have them come back to complete what couldn't be done because the weather would not allow it no one answered or called me back. The other owner Brandon promised me they would be back. Both owners were also very pushy about me saying the project was done so they could push the financing through For the rest of the money. Mind you I put more than 50% down in cash. While I am happy to have new gutters it was not at all worth it. Do not work with this company. They are not professional, they lack integrity, and are horrible communicators. The job itself was also not done as well as it should have been. Not coming back to finish the job that I paid good money for just added insult to injury. Their crew were also messy and inconsiderate. I'm still picking scraps up around my house. They left their equipment in a disastrous pile in front of my garage blocking me from parking my car. Don't make the same mistake I did! do not hire them.

Communication was terrible from that time until the project was finally completed in Nov of 2022. We paid them in full at that time. About a month later, we noticed some gaps in the siding. Brandon told us he would look into getting bigger brackets for the problem. Our flat roof started leaking sometime in early spring of 2023. Hardly any communication for months afterward. I finally got an Everlast representative out when some of the siding started buckling in the summer heat. The representative informed us our siding was not covered under their LIFETIME warranty because of improper installation. There are numerous gaps in the siding where pink insulation shows. Turns out they decided not to install a bunch of essential brackets. We got Cody to come out and meet with the representative in Aug of 2023. Promises were made by Cody that they would be there the PJfollowing week and start tearing down our siding one wall at a time and save as much as they could and install it properly this time. No call no show. No communication despite months of daily phone calls to both Brandon and Cody. I filed police reports against the company for their fraudulent behavior. No response . We now have 4 of the worst replacement windows we have ever put in, a leaky roof which is causing mold damage and a crappy looking siding job all for the handsome sum of $43,000+.... Please do not hire this company. I have hesitated many months in writing this review. I did not want to damage this company further. But Family First is not putting MY family first. They are making no move to make this right. Both of their phones no longer accept calls. Their business phone never has a real person answering and the mailbox has been full for MONTHS.

Instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to blame me for their improper installation. They were also not upfront about the total cost until after the old roof had already been removed. Additionally, no waivers or disclosures regarding the installation were ever presented or signed. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company and believe you would be better off hiring a smaller contractor who provides better workmanship at a fraction of the cost. I also have numerous photos available for anyone who would like to review them before hiring this company.

The other day, went out to water plants and saw siding laying on the ground, again, looked up saw it was from the dorms where he put up siding. As for his line of If anything is not done right, he'll come back out & fix it, he just couldn't live with himself, etc... what a line of crap. April 4th we experienced a hail storm. A couple of days later I noticed water running out from under our siding and it had not rained for more than 24 hours. We phoned Dave and he was unable to get to our office until after we closed. Due to the storm in the area he checked the roof and was at the office the next morning to tell us what he had found. We reported to our insurance company, he met the insurance adjuster, he scheduled for everything to be done and he worked around the criteria we needed worked around at our office and we not have a beautiful new roof.
