And I also left a negative review, as I hoped that would make someone take notice. Todd Grafe contacted me today, was very dismissive and rude, asking me what would make me happy so he could move on. I asked for an arrangement like what was expected be delivered as a replacement. He tried his best to talk over me, mansplaining at it's best, and attempted to make me feel inferior since my children politely accepted the flowers delivered. Like all of this was is the recipient's fault? When my husband, who was watching my end of the conversation, inquired, I referred to Mr Grafe as an "asshole", because in my opinion he was being a real jerk. All of my plants died within 5 days, and when I talked to the manager, I was basically told that once you pay, they're yours. Those plants are goners that look okay used to get people's money! If you don't know much about plants, don't waste your money here. You'll end up with no plants anyway. Save yourself the time, the effort, and the money. I bought plants from Nursery Barn around the same time, and they're still healthy and blooming. I'd rather drive a few extra miles than buy from this place again.
