Don't waste your time ordering from here. I live out of state but my family still resides in Cleveland. I ordered the How Sweet It Is bouquet with oranges and pinks. That's not what was delivered. We received a bouquet that had wilting older roses and was sparsely arranged with pink and purple flowers. I paid for a premium bouquet and my grandmother received a substandard bouquet for about $100 with tax, fees, etc. I don't mind paying that amount if I get what I order. I contacted Jimmies and I was told they are having a hard time getting flowers and offered me a discount. They shouldn't offer bouquets that they can't make. (By the way, I ordered this bouquet weeks in advance.) I just made all of my floral arrangements for my wedding. They looked a 100 times better than what was delivered from this florist. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. There's a reason why the floral industry is declining. I used Jimmies because I wanted to support a business at home but I won't be using them again. The corporate mail order floral services sadly do a better job. Frankly I could do a better job and you probably could too. read more

What great service! I live in California and placed an order for flowers for a funeral. I didn't realize the viewing was at a different location. Jimmie's knew there was a viewing and delivered my order a day early (on Mother's Day no less) to the viewing. I will definitely use this florist for any orders in the future! read more

I'd read that Jimmie's was the best florist in town, so of course I ordered funeral flowers from them. When they arrived at my Aunts funeral I was shocked at how small the "Hearts in Heaven" bouquet actually was. When I called Jimmie's to express my dismay I was told they would bring an ADDITIONAL arrangement that I would approve of & it would be as if we sent two arrangements. They would never be so rude as to pull out our "Hearts in Heaven" flowers an hour before the funeral!! Bianca suggested I should never order thru Teleflora or Jimmie's would be unable to send flowers equal to the price spent & what they could send without using Teleflora's design. Imagine my surprise when Jimmie's sent the Funeral Director into the Funeral room to take our first flowers away & less than an hour before the ceremony. They did leave an integral part of the first arrangement which was the "Heart" from the original arrangement. of course since it was placed on a table alone & is not connected in any way to our original arrangement, instead of being in our first "Hearts in Heaven" flowers the family may not be able to figure out who sent it, as now there is no way to identify who the "heart" is from. I called Jimmie's Flowers to question why she lied to me. She then denied saying "we'll send & ADDITIONAL ARRANGEMENT & leave the original so don't worry it will be as if you sent two for some reason. It's seldom an established company will outright lie to a customer, but it happened. I just hope Teleflora realizes what their "Florists by extension" say about them! read more

My boyfriend referred me to this shop as he purchased flowers at Jimmies before. I placed an order online the day before my friend's birthday. I requested to have them delivered before 4:00 pm the next day. Fortunately, the flowers were delivered the next day before noon and were beautifully arranged. They looked better than as pictured on their website. The price was a little expensive but most shops I have bought flowers from have been more expensive. She was happy with the flowers and I was pleased with the service! read more
