There are no do-overs. The flowers were not there, and instead of an apology, I was made to feel like I was making it up. That is an unacceptable way to treat any customer. I have not received a refund or any meaningful acknowledgment of what happened other than a terrible attitude. I would not trust this business with anything time-sensitive or emotionally important.

I attached photos of what I thought I ordered and what they delivered. They offered to switch out the arrangement for something I would like better. However, this would entail going across the street taking that sad little bouquet away from a 13-year-old girl who just received them and drive to the florist's location (which is impossible with my newly broken wrist mind you) For them to do what they should have done in the first place. I chose one of their website offerings because it wasn't a generic arrangement and we discussed this at length. Needless to say I was not happy with what was created when my son sent me a picture, thanking me. I contacted Grafe Studios via their website as it was now after hours. And I also left a negative review, as I hoped that would make someone take notice. Todd Grafe contacted me today, was very dismissive and rude, asking me what would make me happy so he could move on. I asked for an arrangement like what was expected be delivered as a replacement. He tried his best to talk over me, mansplaining at it's best, and attempted to make me feel inferior since my children politely accepted the flowers delivered. Like all of this was is the recipient's fault? When my husband, who was watching my end of the conversation, inquired, I referred to Mr Grafe as an "asshole", because in my opinion he was being a real jerk. I did pay extra ($15) to have it there before noon. I thought it would be challenging considering the size of the arrangement, but somehow they had it there early and it was exactly as we ordered.
