Jimmy Choo is by far my favorite designer shoe brand. They are so incredibly comfortable and fit like a glove while the styles are so classic and sophisticated. For years I thought Jimmy Choo was just clever marketing high priced shoes. Boy was I wrong. Last Christmas I bought a pair of black pumps from Neiman Marcus at 75% off their regular $700 price tag. When I asked why it was so cheap they told me it was actually last-last season...so two seasons ago...to be honest it looked liked a shoe from any of their season...but hey what do I know...Well it is easily the most comfortable not to mention stylish shoes I own. I was super surprised because lets face it 3.75" heels aren't exactly "comfortable" but these Choo are very comfortable and they seem to almost mold to my feet the more I wear them.... So when I had the opportunity to check out their store here in the ATL with some friends I thought why not... I think sometimes people assume because a shop sells uber expensive products it means they are super snooty esp. to people who are just browsing...this wasn't our experience here at all...in fact it was quite the opposite. First of all the sales person was an absolute sweetheart. He greeted us with a big smile and if I didn't know any better he was actually excited to see us. He asked us if we have been here before and we said we have not...he then proceed to walk us through some of their newest and best sellers...from women's flats to men's loafers this sales person was a pro! He obviously was very knowledgeable about not only the company but their manufacturing techniques...very impressive. He kept asking us if we wanted to try any thing on or if we were interested in a pair that wasn't available he would be more than happy to find it online or in another store...what great service! This is my first time leaving an one-star review on Yelp, so that probably says something. I came to the Jimmy Choo store with my friend to look for bridal shoes for my wedding. I already identified a few styles I liked, but I thought it would be so much easier to come & try them on in person, instead of ordering & returning online. I was wrong! We came on a Saturday afternoon, and when we walked into the store, there were no other customers. The salesperson was in the back and didn't greet us until we walked all the way to the back of the store (which was fine with me). He did offer to help us in the beginning, and we told him a few styles we wanted to try on. They were out of lots of sizes, and the salesperson kept messing up the sizes between me and my friend. But what made me pissed was the fact that, he completely ignored us when another couple walked in (seems like retuning customers). He gave all his attention to the new couple (who were older and I guess, assumed to have more money). We were left by ourselves, so we decided to look around and compare the designs we tried on. But the salesperson turned around and very passive aggressively said "You are not supposed to touch the shoes. I was gonna give you the benefit of the doubt, but you are not supposed to do that." I know it's COVID time, and my friend and I both have our masks on. We also carefully sanitized our hands in the store. But what really annoyed me was not his statement, but his attitude and the way he said it. As far as I can tell, he didn't want to serve us, because he didn't think we want to buy anything - which is completely wrong since I was ready to buy a pair for my wedding. But even if that's the case, so what? He has never mentioned the fact that we were not allowed to touch the shoes, and his attitude throughout the process was bad. Instead of serving us, he seemed to want us to leave quickly. Overall, I am very disappointed at this experience. I don't think I will ever go to this store again. I am also considering other designer shoes for my wedding. I didn't post this review to spite anyone. I just hope designer stores like Jimmy Cho could work on their customer service - and treat customers equally, regardless how "rich" or "old" seem to be. read more

i came here on a visit to atlanta with my fiancé so we (he) could buy my shoes for our wedding. george was extremely personable, professional, and helpful. he let me run around the store in multiple pairs of shoes, had great recommendations to ensure i would be comfy standing and dancing in them all day, helped me narrow down to the perfect pair for me on my wedding day (e.g. maybe dont get the ones with the huge bows that touch the ground if you are clumsy -- a lifesaver) and gave some tips on how to pack and maintain them so they're still in perfect condition come november. my fiancé and i walked out feeling like we had made a new best friend. (and ofc the choos themselves are beautiful and wildly comfortable for 4" heels!). we will be back our next trip to buckhead, to my fiancé's terror! read more

Being a guy with 0 interest in women shoes, this place is a nightmare for me. As soon as I entered this store, I knew I made a costly mistake. Shoes range from $700 to $3000 (it is insane how anyone is willing to pay that much for something to cover your feet from dog poo). Also, why do women need so many pair of shoes? Guess that is something most guys will never understand. Back to the store; it is nicely decorated, and everything is pretty and shiny. The sales lady is pleasant and I would definitely buy it there if I weren't on a road trip. I already got hints on what my girl wants for xmas... and it is going to cost me. :( My wallet hates this brand/store. Thus the minus one star. Guys.. avoid this store at all cost. Worst Customer Service EVER. Let me begin by saying, Jimmy Choo makes beautiful LOOKING shoes. The quality, however, is HORRIBLE. I attended an event a couple of weekends ago wearing the Anouk pump, and the heel came off. This was only my second time wearing the shoe, so I immediately tried to contact the corporate headquarters for a repair or replacement. Then you realize, there is no actual corporate number to call - only online customer service. I was informed that I should send pictures or go into the store to arrange a repair. When I called this location, the associate who answered (and I later discovered was the manager) was incredibly: 1. RUDE 2. ACCUSATORY 3. CONDESCENDING 4. DISMISSIVE Essentially she told me I would have to pay $175 for them to send my shoe, which just fell apart for no apparent reason to a repair place. I was in absolute shock. She insisted that it wasn't a production issue, and that basically it was my fault. This is without ever seeing the shoe. I was offered no additional contact person, no follow up from the store OR corporate. She completely blew me off. I called the next day to get the regional director's contact or an actual number for their US office, and was provided an email. After submitting the requested photos and information, I was informed that I was still going to have to pay them to repair the shoe. These shoes cost a fairly substantial amount of money considering they are a simple patent leather pump. To be treated that way is deplorable. I will NEVER purchase a product from this company again. And my advice to anyone who insists on doing so, order online. At least then you have some access to them in case of a complication, and you probably will not be insulted. The people who work in this store behave as if they are doing you a favor for selling you overpriced cheap quality shoes. Do yourself a favor. If you want to a high quality pair of shoes, and a high quality experience, go a few doors over to Christian Louboutin. read more

The store manager Maria and sales associate George are literal angels. I liked Maria so much I bought a clutch on chain from this location even though I knew it would be too small for me to ever really use. Highly recommend this location. The staff will not judge you or profile you even if you show up in pajamas which is not something I can say for 99% of the rest of the luxury brands (@ Louboutin, Dior, Moncler, Hermes, etc., Buckhead locations). I would highly recommend & I will be back again for sure. Also, the Swarovski collection is STUNNING. read more

Ben and the staff at the Atlanta store have perhaps the worst ethics and professionalism of any store I have been to. Certainly not what you would expect from a luxury brand. I worked with the store manager Ben on a telephone sale transaction. Ben misstepped by not providing me with any information about the fact that the item was on final sale or about the return policy. He also failed to provide me with documentation of the transaction. Now that I am attempting to refund a pair of shoes that do not fit, the store is providing misinformation about the conversations and transactions. 1. I spoke with Ben and dealt with him on this transaction - a point that was not disputed by the store until I complained about Ben's mishandling of the matter. 2. Ben never sent an email receipt or communication following the point of sale. So, I never had anything in writing about the transaction or final sale or 14 day return policy. 3. Ben never verbally told me that the item was final sale. Nor did he verbally tell me about a 14 day return policy. 4. No documents from Jimmy Choo were ever included in the shipment of the shoes. 5. Points #2 - 4 are not consistent with Jimmy Choo practice. This was communicated to me verbally this morning when I was finally able to reach the customer service phone number. I think that the entire handling of this has been poor. read more
