Quick to review documents 4. Quick to set up a final appointment 5. All done virtually through a secure system that is user friendly 6. Now I'll be the first to say, I'm pretty lost with profit/losses and book keeping, as I said it's my first time. For the past 8 years I've just used TurboTax for personal, but as I said, first time with a business. Initially you talk with someone over a chat, they ask you questions and you answer them and send them forms. They said they could do my profit/losses for me for about $75 extra, I was fine with it, figured it was worth learning how to do it. Took about a month but finally had my appointment to talk over video (30min). They were 6min late and obviously very tired. I truly felt bad for Yuliya as she seemed so exhausted. We spent the first 18min looking at the Dept. of Washington tax site and she was showing me how to fix my prior quarterly tax filings because she felt I had labeled my business incorrectly. After I showed her what I was doing, she changed her mind and said "I think you're actually fine and doing it right". So that left us 6 minutes to rush through my tax return before her next appointment. In the end I spent $350 to save $3 (the difference in number between what I got in TurboTax vs. having it done by Nationwide). For me, if I would have learned something about better tax reporting for the LLC, it would have been worth it. But it just felt very rushed, very impersonal and honestly I'd rather just go back to doing it myself.

Our zoom meeting consultation was scheduled in just two days time and it was a real pleasure to speak to her, especially when discussing taxes of all things! She's very personable and was very interested in learning about my dogs, my family, and what brought me to Oregon. I inquired about the status in June 2025, got the run around from his staff and no answers. I inquired multiple times after that and continously got the run around, disregarded and told things that were not followed through. I requested to speak with the Owner and got every excuse, continuing to use the sane excuse they used the year prior. It was absolutely absurd. It took me having to seek a lawyer and the lawyer to outreach for them to finally get my taxes done in December 2025- yes December 2025- right as 2025 are now going to be due. On top of us owing and penalties, I then had to pay them a decent amount for poor services and when I tried to discuss a refund the owner disappears but then writes back to what he wants too. No accountability of the poor response, stress they cause as i have never had late taxes until abbott, poor follow up and follow through, as well lack of professional accountability. I do not recommend abbott tax- very stressful experience ​

My sister contacted them a few days ago to check on the completion date. She was told that they were "in Dan review" (Dan is the owner) but they were not ready yet. These people are either in over their heads or they don't know what they're doing! I DO NOT recommend this company.
