WOW. I had a quick (and rather urgent) question about a W-9 form I was filling out for my newly formed LLC, so left a voicemail for David saying I'd like to come in and chat about it. He got back to me very quickly, but instead of scheduling an appointment, he walked through my problem with me over the phone. No charge. Great customer service, and I wasn't even a customer yet! I met David when we were looking for a new accountant four years ago, when he was still in California.
