So we called our order in advance and said we would pick it up. Someone in our family changed their mind and wanted a combo with their sandwich before it was picked up. The cashier rang up the change in the order and insisted that he rang it up right and it was the computer's fault. Well he rang up an extra sandwich, drink and chips so for 2 sandwiches one drink and chips was $47. He insisted that my husband "do the math" and ran our card by making a scene. So my husband looked at the receipt and figured it was wrong. The cashier insisted "he didn't do anything wrong." Tried to explain the amount then called someone else to fix the bill once he realized the amount was wrong. So the money was returned and billed properly. My son had ordered his sandwich #12. It's a turkey sandwich- so when my son bit into it there was no turkey. So I called and they said it would take 10 minutes to fix and they said sorry about that. I go and pick it up this time and avocado was only on half. I called them to let them know what happened and they answered the phone but acted like they didn't hear me. Throughout my life I've never really gone to Jimmy John's for subs. This was maybe my 2nd or 3rd time going, and it was actually surprisingly good. The staff was polite, an employee taking my order gave me the recommendation of the Spicy East Coast Italian. The sandwich was pretty good and was made very fast (I didn't even wait a minute). The ingredients were fresh and the restaurant was very clean. Relating to price of the sand which is was a good portion at around $8-$9. The restaurant also had a cool theme if you wanted to sit inside. I recommend getting this sub if you're heading to Jimmy Jon's. All around a solid place to grab a sub. read more

This place is terrible. I've never had an issue with Jimmy John's for 5+ years, but this location really needs to step up the quality of employees. This specific location has got my order wrong 4x. When specifically requesting no cheese due to serve allergies, they have continued to do this 3x, after telling them the 2 and 3 different times. Now today I received my sandwich with no cheese as requested. But with no meat/turkey as well. Just Mayo, tomatoes, lettuce and cucumbers. I've asked to speak to the manager several times and they say the manager is not there or to call another day. They have refunded my order once, which was today but the other times I'd just receive coupon for my next order. I truly not a complainer, but this store location has let me down. They definitely make their sandwiches fast, like they promote it. They also deliver fast, when I used to have them deliver to fau. I also like how the subs are 8-inch. 6-inch is a little too small, and a foot-long is too big, for me. So the size of their subs are perfect. The subs do not come with chips or a drink, so you have to order that separately. They also have the "good ice" (the cubed ones) The inside of the restaurant is very cool and trendy. Even the bathroom is cool, with facts on the floor to read while in there. There's enough seating, booth or high top seating. And it's very clean. This is my third time ordering from here from my nearby campus. I love it. The online ordering process is flawless and hassle-free and even though they're just subs there are so many options and possibilities. The subs are always so neat and precise. Even though, service is super duper fast, quality isn't comprised and the order is never flawed. They make better subs than publix and subway, in both presentation and taste. On top of that, the delivery drivers have always been friendly and hospitable. Making the experience even better! Ordered a Veggie (on a lettuce wrap) and Turkey Tom with sprouts, and they were out of sprouts. Wouldn't normally be a big deal but I was already annoyed at not being greeted. Got my Veggie, and it was not on a lettuce wrap. They remade it for me and I watched them scrape everything off the bread and slop it onto a lettuce wrap. The food is always delicious, but when I tried to place an order recently the employee on the phone rushed me through my order and continued to ask for payment before I specified anything or finished. After waiting 30 minutes for the food, the delivery person mentioned the employee walked the food out to him. They had forgotten the drink that was paid for. The driver offered to go back, buy one at the store or reimburse my money so I appreciate his efforts. The store needs to make sure it's focusing on its customers and getting things right the first time, it shouldn't be the drivers fault to fix a problem because the person on the phone rudely rushed me through. BAD! I was starving and looking forward to a fast sub. Ordered Tuna Sandwich and a drink. Sat down. Took a bite. Tastes like Cat Food Tuna. Took a sip of my drink and tried again. Still Gross. When I got to the counter and explained the situation. The guy at the counter looked behind me and told me I needed to WAIT while he helped the people BEHIND me! I was STARVING. I TOLD him as much. Then I thought, screw this place! I just asked for a refund. The Guy WOULDN'T give me my money back. I asked for the number of the owner. I was given the GM"s number. I TOLD him what unfolded. He then called the store and told them to refund me after all that Nonesense. But they only refunded my Sandwich. I asked for a refund for my drink too, and there was pushback and an argument for that too! I said if I was going to ANOTHER restaurant after I.left, what good would a Jimmy John's Soda cup do me? When I called and spoke with the employee that answered the phone she apologized but then said the order being wrong was not their fault it was a corporate glitch in their online ordering and she would transfer me to her manager. Not only did the manager not want to send me a new sandwich but he didn't even take the time to take my new order correctly before I finished telling him what I wanted he hung up on me. Yesterday I waited almost 2 hours and no one showed up. I thought that their delivery time was high because it was raining so I waited for an hr then tried calling them.
