I've been coming to this Firehouse Subs location for almost a year now, and noticed that there are a lot of new or different employees working whenever I go there. As of recently, I've been seeing 2 (I think they are managers, haha) managers there almost every time I have gone. If I could give these 2 a 6-Star rating, I absolutely would! Amy is one of them, and she is ALWAYS happy, smiling, incredibly willing to help anyone and everyone, and makes my day better every time I visit and see her working. The other manager must have started working here within the last month or so because I'd never seen him working here before. The last 2 times I've visited, he has been taking care of me, and is the reason I am leaving this review. I've never seen somebody work as quick as he does, and he NEVER misses a beat. The sandwiches are always perfect, and never messy, sloppy or poorly made. He's struck up a conversation with me every time I've been taken care of by him, and he is incredibly funny, always smiling, and goes above and beyond not only for me, but even customers that he takes care of before/after me -- delivering the food to every customer, checking on them to make sure their needs are met and their food is good, or even just asking them how their day is going. I've forgotten to ask for his name the last few times, but finally asked when I visited yesterday and his name is Owen. The world needs more people like Amy and Owen! Lastly, this store is NEVER dirty and very well-maintained. Very rarely do you see fast food/fast-casual restaurants be incredibly clean nowadays, so thank you to all of you working here for keeping the restaurant clean and fostering a wonderful atmosphere! If the owners/higher-ups happen to stumble across this review, PLEASE let the two of them know that their actions are very much appreciated and never go un-noticed. I placed an order through an online app today and I had a great experience! The food was made to perfection and the lady that was there was extremely kind. I've been coming to this Firehouse Subs location for almost a year now, and most of the time I go I feel like there are new/different people working. One of them is Amy, and she is ALWAYS happy, smiling, polite, and goes above and beyond for anyone and everyone that I've seen come here as well. She is one of the main reasons I keep coming back here, and I will continue to do so! He is always very welcoming, polite, and overall a wonderful person and employee, & he is also the reason why I'm writing this review right now. I wasn't having the best day yesterday, and stopped by to grab a bite to eat around 2pm. He must've noticed I wasn't in the greatest mood, and sparked up a conversation with me while he was making my sub. Let me tell you, I haven't laughed as much as I did talking to him in a LONG time, and could tell he was trying to make my day better. Well, it worked! I've also never seen someone work so fast and be as consistent as he is. My sub is never messy or sloppy, or lacking in taste or quality (The same goes for Amy, too!). I kept forgetting to ask for his name the last 2 times I've gone there, and finally remembered to ask this time & his name is Owen. Lastly, the restaurant is ALWAYS clean and tidy, and has never been dirty any time I've gone. It's very rare to see quick service/fast-casual restaurants as clean as they keep this one. I like to start and say our shop probably buy from this firehouse once a week. so for the most part, everything goes very smoothly. I order from the app. I go pick it up. I asked for the receipt so I can give it to my wife. And this is the first time I've ever had an issue The lady that claims she was a manager told me she cannot give a receipt mind you I get a receipt every time I go there she told me her name was Katrina and that she was the manager and could not help me in anyway with an attitude, I asked for customer service a corporate number and she says I will not help you. I don't know about you but there's way too many businesses out there for a manager, which I'm not sure she was. I don't even know if she gave me a truthful name, but I can definitely say it was this store piss poor service. I tried to call corporate after searching for the number, but apparently they don't care because their number no longer exist but I'm not letting this lie and I will continue to talk about the very bad service. I got from this facility completely rude. Highly suggest go anywhere else. Flanigan's is right down the street chipotle is right next-door. Hell with the service I got here. I'd probably go to McDonald's over them. again she told me her name was Kaitlrina and she was a manager, which I have a funny feeling. Really long wait I'm here already 45 min and starving and this is unacceptable. Really not that cheap compared to subway. Really long wait and I'm here since 11:45 am picked my son up for a quick lunch and it ended up loosing my whole lunch break and my son is late to go back to school. Also I'm updating now that I am back at home. My child had a bout of Diarrhea only 1 hour after eating their meatbal sub, which didn't have any cheese on it. Just meatballs and white bread. He didn't eat anything else Diffrent today. And felt sick only one hour after. I would definitely double check with them when they made it. He is currently getting his electrolytes back up. But said he felt yucky all afternoon. Also I forgot to mention but I specifically asked for two meatball sandwiches, and when I checked the order at home, there was only ONE! Very mad! read more

Lord baby jesus, grab a make your own sandwich and put on this so you can feel what I ate. Have it 6 or 12 inch as you like but please follow my instructions: White bread Chicken Bacon Pastrami Lettuce Green peppers Mayo Salt & black pepper Add onions Provolone or swiss cheese (or whatever you like) Wala, you get a gigantosaurus baby and it's super tasty. This place is totally underrated and also, they have a freaking coca cola unlimited flavor machine, that's a big plus. I always have zero lemon flavor (the green one) coke. Wow this guys know how to sub their way out!! And they are HUGE Place was really clean. They have a lot of tables and chairs so you can sit. A/c was super cold and comfortable. What I witnessed today, was one of the most gracious acts of kindness I have seen by anyone anywhere. While I was eating at the restaurant, which is always fantastic, a special needs. Young man wandered into the store. One of the workers assisted him, and started to make him a sandwich when his father came looking for him. He was not supposed to be in the restaurant, and his father had been frantically looking for him. It all turned out for the best, and the young man got his meatball sub. It truly made my day to see such an act of kindness. There is not enough of that these days. I hope this story inspires others to be just as caring. Hats off to Firehouse Subs!! read more

Ordered from here with Postmates. First off my sandwich came and it was barely even wrapped in the box. Second I ordered a drink with my sandwich the drink never showed up. Upon calling the store I talked to Paul. He said oh I tried to catch the driver. The truth is you had a job to do with getting the order correct. So basically you forgot half my order. Terribly disappointed because I really wanted that drink. Also the bread of the sandwich was very soggy and gross with grease on the bottom. Definitely not worth $15. I will never eat here again or use post mates... Both suck. Thanks for a bad experience I really appreciate it. All you had to do was one job make my sandwich and put a drink in the bag and that was too much. As far as subs go this place ranks with the best. Today I made my second every Firehouse subs visit. Let me say every bite was delicious! I ordered the Hook and ladder and it was warm and awesome. If I could rate this with negative stars I would. The most disgusting food experience I've ever had and I work in the industry! Not only were we served bad meat with SPORES growing on it, when I brought it to the managers attention, he verbatim says to me "We slice our meat fresh every day I don't know what to tell you" and then proceeds to throw a tantrum and runs off and doesn't come back to do anything to make the situation better. I cannot express how grossed out I am. This proves they DONT have fresh meat whatsoever and when I suggested for them to throw the batch away so it doesn't get served to other customers, he laughed. They seem to be inconsistent in their quality and never give the same size cup when you order the same thing. It's tough because I like the food, but the staff isn't all that friendly. 3.5 I​'m a fan of Firehouse subs. This is one of those places that come and go frequently in shopping centers, mainly because of the influx of sub shops everywhere. Their prices are on the higher end, but I feel the quality is also higher than your average place (think Jimmy "Bland as hell" Johns). Their homemade sauces are pretty great too. My only gripe is they kind of have that Quizno's vibe. Portions smaller, meat is weighed and sandwiched are toasted. I hated Quizno's and apparently I wasn't the only one because you can barely find them now. I want this Firehouse location to last because it's nice to have an alternative when you don't want to schelp all the way to a place like V&S or LaSpadas but I happen to think Firehouse is right there with Jersey Mike's as a fine chain shop. The New York Steamer is my fav, but don't be surprised if you leave there $12 lighter and still hungry once its all said and done. read more
