I have been to a different Blaze Pizza in a different location and I thought the food was pretty good. With my personal recommendation, I came here for lunch with a few co-workers. The way you order your food is pretty similar with places like Bolay and Chipotle. You walk up in line and give your orders to the staff and the you get to pick on your sides. I am pretty straight forward with my pizza so I just ordered the one topping pizza with pepperoni. You then get to sit down and wait for your pizza where it's being prepared, so you know it's fresh. The staff at this place seemed to get the ordering process down to a science. I tend to noticed that everyone working well as a team and no single movement or steps were wasted. All in all, I got my order ready in about 5 minutes, which is pretty good for people who just need to pick up their lunches and go My pizza was excellent. I love how my crust tasted crispy where it came out straight out of the oven so it's nice and hot. One of my coworker ordered a vegetarian pizza and she loved it too. Guess it's not all for meat lovers. I'd recommend this place if you just need to pick something up and go quickly. This was bad and as someone who used to work at Starbucks for years, I have a lot of leeway to give with customer service staff because I know the struggles of big rushes. In total I waited over 40+ minutes for one BYO pizza and one cheesy bread. Not one apology - or offer to make the situation better. I can tell that right before we got there they had served a large soccer crowd, but they were gone within 5 minutes of us being there and there was a lot of staff behind the counter so I'm not quite sure what the hold up was. They wouldn't allow me to look at the toppings when creating my pizza - for some reason they had me creating everything right at the start of the glass counter. We went on and ordered- it was easy - a meat pizza (pepperoni, sauce, onions. meatballs) and a pepperoni pizza. We also ordered a caesar salad and sat outside. I ordered online for pickup and since they screwed up my pizza the last time and I figured I'd give them another chance, I added no tip this time. I then started to worry that they would intentionally screw up my pizza when they see no tip added. Surprise surprise, THEY DID. They gave me sausage when i ordered vegan chorrizo ( I'm a vegetarian), they added NO CHEESE, they added a few other random ingredients i didn't ask for, and a few that I did.The sticker on the box is correct, along with the receipt, but the pizza was clearly sabotaged. It's obvious this was intentionally done. Then when I called the restaurant to ask what the hell happened, she said "Well, I like... don't even know what we can do." ARE YOU EFFING SERIOUS???!!! The bathrooms are disgusting and there is never any soap, they leave big full garbage cans outside right in front of the entry door which collect flies, the tables are sticky, and the staff have inappropriate conversations in front of customers. Whoever is running this place and doing the hiring, needs to be fired immediately. *UPDATE* Funny how the "owner" posted a response saying to send an email for a resolution, however when I sent an email the day this happened, I got a canned response taking NO ACCOUNTABILITY saying "here are some points", when I sent in pictures of what I ordered and what I received asking for a refund. We eat at blaze several times a month. We always get generous toppings which is why we choose blaze. On sunday, my husband brought home with a small fraction of typical toppings even when asked repeatedly As per blaze policy. I called the store as soon as I saw the pie. when I was contacted back by the assistant manager he kept repeating a line so I knew he either didn't get it or didn't care. He offered a free pizza because it was burnt but that was only 1 part of a more pressing matter and did not reply to the primary problem. The pizza maker was nasty when my husband asked for extra toppings. After trying to work with Matt , I told him I'd be contacting corporate to report this frustrating and unacceptable customer care. In 2 days, I left 2 messages using option 2 which is the only option to talk to an executive because it is never monitored. after all that, I've been told days later that the only way to reach them is to use the website to resolve a problem. writing is a lot of work for me and they are making a disgruntled loyal customer have to do all of the work to give feedback which is most important. It's clear that corporate needs training themselves. I will be posting this extremely negative and angry review. No... No... No... this is not a true Italian restaurant... if that's what you want then you are barking up the wrong tree.... What we do have though it SIMPLE... FAST... TASTY... EASY... PIZZA... So simple that basically you enter the assembly line and pick out everything to make the pizza of your dreams... maybe not the pizza of your dreams but it is pretty cool to have so many toppings and not get nickeled and dimed for each additional topping you want Once all your customized pizza choices are made, your pie goes into the oven... that only takes a few minutes. Once cooked, you'll be pleasantly surprised how good it is. We were sitting in the Cannoli Kitchen Pizza parking lot for kids to get the lunch special, when declined by owner as it was Saturday. We scanned this location just across the street and so glad we did .... Kids wanted a fresh pizza with pepperoni/ cheese / and perhaps some other toppings. The phone loaded their specials and a large 14 inch pie with those topping was an easy on the pocket ten bucks and tax. We ordered and flew across the street ... The pizza was fresh made, not reheated, and wood fired. It was piping hot even in box. They offer packets of Parmesan also. The kids found it to be perfect, super delicious , crust was crunchy goodness, and perfect amount for two teenagers. When asked if they liked it more than chain pizza, they said "very much so". We know the entire pie was gone while driving home from Blaze. read more

When we walked in we decided to sit outside because the radio was too loud to converse over. Outside was quieter, but at times the noise from traffic was too loud to talk over. The pizza was good, and I'm especially happy they make vegan pizza with dairy-free cheese. It's unfortunate that you just have to guess the amount of time needed to make your pizza(s) before you go back to pick them up to take to your table (or home). An intercom system would be a great improvement. There are two unisex bathrooms, but I had to use the bathroom that the door completely closed. (In fairness, later I saw one of the employees go into the bathroom where the door didn't close all the way, but IT DOES close all the way...when I saw the employee SLAM the door closed.) After using the bathroom where I could completely close the door, I found the soap dispenser didn't dispense any soap! After I got frustrated and pushed the soap dispenser rapidly hard, a little soap was dispensed. When I went to refill my cup with ice and soda, they were out of ice. The top of the ice container was removed so maybe they were about to manually refill the ice???, but when I looked for an employee to notify/ask about the ice everyone was busy behind the counter and the line was out the door! I've been to this location twice and have had two very different experiences. The first time I went, they were very low staffed so the person who was building the pizza was doing everything. This gave me a longer wait time. I was also in a rush so it did get frustrating. The person in front of me had ordered 5 pizzas and since only one person was working the assembly line, I had to wait about 15 minutes before I could get to the end of the line. With that said, Blaze is one of my favorite chains right now. I am a huge fan of their concept and the create your own pizza for a low flat rate of ~$8-9. The next time I went, I went with a group of 4 and we really enjoyed ourselves. We dined in and was loving the fast service and every bite of our pizza! For that price, I was able to split a pizza with my son and get what we both wanted. Their pesto sauce mixed with their original sauce is what makes the pizza so amazing. I also recently joined their reward program / downloaded their app as someone from this location mentioned it. I'm glad I did because it saves me a good amount of money! I wish I had a positive experience experience at this Blaze. I have had a good time at other locations. It was rated good for a salad (despite the specifically pizza name), so I decided to visit the location close to me. I got there in the evening and the place was packed. I wedged my way in the door and immediately got in life. Easy enough as the back of the line was AT the door. The line didn't seem to be moving much, so I took the time to peruse the menu. previously I had been at other Blaze Fast spots for the solid pizza. I looked for the salad up on the board this time though. there really wasn't much. It said a salad, but not what was in it. It also listed a side salad. That's all I saw. I figured I would figure it out when I got to the front, probably just get a pizza then. But I couldn't make it the front, not even for pizza. The line hadn't moved and it was pretty long. I couldn't tell if they were short staffed or the crew couldn't keep up with things. I hung out in line, as the line behind me got longer. A few minutes later I gave up. I figured I could get a proper salad somewhere in the area. I will try the place again. Soon probably as it's near me. But this time was not a great experience. read more

I love this concept and I love the pizza. I am a true pizza snob (it's the NYer in me) and I pretty much stick to only two or three places. I stay away from the chains that advertise on TV every five minutes because I just don't like it. Blaze is a chain but they are doing it right. You have total control of what goes on your pizza and you watch them make it too. Think of the Chipotle concept but with more options. They have gluten free dough if you ask for it. They cook all the pizzas in the same oven so be careful if you are gluten sensitive. All the pizzas are personal size (11 inches). As you go down the line you simply tell them what to put on it, they bake it in only 180 seconds and that's it. Really, its that simple. Blaze considers 11 inches a personal size but I easily got two meals out of mine. The crust is thin and crispy and for me it's pretty hard to believe that in just 180 seconds you will have a decent pizza that is fresh, hot and unique. I feel that you can create a unique pizza creation here because of the variety of toppings that they offer. They have all the standard toppings plus others that you will pay a premium charge for at most other pizza places. Not here because you have a set price. You can get a cheese pizza for $5.00 or a one topping pizza for $5.95. BUT for $7.95 you can order any signature pizza and even add extra toppings at no additional cost. OR simply make your own and add as many toppings as you want for just $7.95. Unlike other places they have three sauces to choose from. Classic red, spicy red or a white cream sauce. I had the spicy red and it was not overly hot and I enjoyed it. Next in line is the cheese. Of course they have the standard shredded mozzarella but you can also have fresh buffalo mozzarella, ricotta and gorgonzola. No premium upcharges, your price stays the same. For the protein toppings they offer two types of meatballs (Italian Pork or Turkey), grilled chicken and even applewood bacon. I'm not sure I would call bacon a protein but if you want it they have it. They have the normal traditional meat toppings too. I loved the veggie selection. They have two kinds of garlic (chopped or roasted). I had the roasted garlic and it was perfect. I was surprised to see artichokes,spinach, zucchini and sautéed onions in addition to all the other veggies. At the end you can top off your pizza with pesto, olive oil or BBQ sauce. I skipped the added sauce because my pizza concoction looked great just as it was. They offer a few different salads and I am looking forward to trying the roasted veggie and gorgonzola salad next time. They serve beer and wine and have a signature desert called S'More Pie. One signature pie that caught my eye was called the Green Stripe. It has a pesto drizzle over chicken, garlic, roasted red peppers, cheese and arugula. That sounds amazing. Blaze is my one exception to my no pizza chain rule. It's really very good. You can order online at blazepizza.com. I would suggest going in your first time just to experience this great concept. I am holding back the fifth star because the music is crazy loud. It was very difficult communicating with the people making my pizza. If I could change anything about Blaze it would be to just lower the volume a bit. Other than that, I have no complaints. Excellent value for fresh quality ingredients and way above average pizza. Ok, let's blaze away. Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza is a great place to get your pizza fix in a fast way. They cook pizza in 180 seconds, with whatever you want on it. This means 20 toppings and many choices. The first time I went, I went overboard with trying all the toppings. The toppings are very fresh. Yesterday, however I limited myself to choose 4 toppings and it tasted much better to me. So less is more in my theory. The employees are very nice because they are patient while your choosing. They let me put pineapple and zucchini on one side of the pizza. The other side I put mushroom and basil. I liked my creation a lot. For sauces you can choose between three: Classic red, spicy red or white. The crust is thin and crispy. They also have salads but they were prepackaged, I'm not sure if they make those on the spot as well or not. They have fountain drinks and bottled drinks. Overall, I love the concept and the fact that it has become a local favorite. The bustling of this location was at a constant speed with many people doing pick up or sitting down to eat. The employees work fast and with a sense of blazing urgency. It's a blazing good experience, go try it out.~ read more

My most recent visit to Blaze Pizza was very disappointing. My wife and I visited on Saturday evening, May 4th. I had a gift certificate for Blaze, and we were greeted at the door with a large sign that read, excepting cash only. Since we had come from Boynton Beach for dinner, we were forced to scrap together what cash we had to pay for dinner. Never got credit for my visit on my Blaze app. Not a positive evening. I have reached out to Corp with written messages and phone calls. No response back. Very disappointed. read more

This place has good, but not great pizza. I completely get the concept and see why people love it so much. Where else can you get a custom ordered pizza in under 5 minutes that is less than $10, other than here. However, if you judge this place on the taste and quality of the pizza, it is 3 star, but the concept and value is definitely 4 star. There are a ton of much better pizza joints in this town, but the problem with them is they are slow and expensive and this place is Blazing Fast. The parking can be tight at lunch time, but the service was excellent and the pizza was good, but not as good as Costco in my mind. The only challenge with fast food pizza is that it takes longer for the pizza to cool down to an edible temperature without burning your mouth than it does to make the pie. This was my first time ordering from Blaze Pizza. I was looking forward to trying their food but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. I placed an online order and picked it up. As soon as I got home and opened my pizza box I could tell the edges of the pizza that it was severely burnt, and as soon as I flipped the pizza over all I could see was BLACK CHAR. I couldn't even attempt to eat it. The smelling was disgusting due to how badly the pizza was burnt. I could definitely tell they clearly do not sweep/clean their oven because that's one of the reasons the underneath was burnt. I tried to call them that night but no answer. The next morning I attempted to call a few times and once again no answer. Later that day I decided to just stop by and speak to a manager to see about getting a refund (I also brought the pizza with me). When I got to the Boca Raton Federal Hwy location they had a sign posted on the door that they're closed until further notice.
