The doctors and nurses caring for me were very concerned about my condition due to how dehydrated I had become. While I cannot say with certainty what caused my illness, this was one of the worst health experiences I've ever had, and it happened after eating this meal. The experience was frightening, disruptive, and resulted in significant medical treatment and missed time from my normal routine. Based on my experience, I will not be returning, and I hope management takes food safety and quality control seriously.
