Jimmy John's by far has the best subs I've ever had! Their service is super duper fast. I think they made my sub in about 3 seconds. Another great aspect is pretty much every worker is very kind and helpful and full of joy that you are there! Lastly, their ambiance is so modern and pretty! Subway all day long! Im not a Sub guy, but when I want one..I want one and I also want to get my moneys worth which is why I said Subway. I can pile that thing with so many veggies free of charge till they can even close the thing even though the meats may not be as great. But at least it looks and feels like a $7-$8 Sub. Its different with Jimmy Johns. I wasn't impressed at all. Even though the meat is better quality, the Sub looks like something you would buy at a gas station, Just meat and bread with a few Veggies sprinkled. This location was not impressive at all and I have had JJ in different parts of the city. The best would be Fulton Industrial location. Good, full subs that look and taste wonderful. Don't waste your time with this place. They promise fast delivery buy my store is only 5 mins away and they take over 40 mins to bring me my sub. I called and asked why it's taking so long when we're so close and they said they only have one driver at 5 in the afternoon. Horrible management then the person on the phone tell me that if the driver shows up to tell them to not give me my food. Why would you call your driver that's already behind that way they don't waste their time coming all the way to me? First impressions are a must and y'all blew yours! read more

Food is always great and always arrives or is ready for pick up super quick! There have been times when I've had to wait , not even that long, and was offered complimentary items to make up for it. Usually super helpful staff! Also clean location! Definitely recommend over Subway locations. read more

The food is good. It is typical Jimmy Johns food. The staff on the other hand need to be retrained (or trained) in customer service. They are rude and seem to forget some basic customer service things such as if you're lost, call the customer; there is no proper phone etiquette, and they are quite short tempered on the phone. Look, the sandwiches are good. The problem is the customer service. Sandwich ordering should be pretty easy (especially when the place is not busy at all): I tell you what I want on my sandwich, you make the sandwich. Easy Peasy. I don't want to hear that corporate, or your shift manager doesn't let you put tomatoes on only half the sandwich, or do light mayo, or put onions on the side, or whatever. Focus less on the corporate rule book and more on your customer's needs. Let me start with the fact that I have been here a hand full of times and generally they have done an okay job. Only minor issues with getting orders right. Today was an unbelievable experience.I ordered two turkey slims for my kids and asked if that came with lettuce tomato and mayo. I was told yes. When I got to the park for our picnic I discovered all I had was meat and bread for my kids. I returned to the store and asked for the toppings. The girl making the sandwiches who I believe identified herself as the shift manager (she was the one who told the guy at the register that they couldn't give me the toppings) told me that in order to get some lettuce and tomato for my kids sandwich I had to place an entirely new order. I thought she was joking because this sounded so absurd. I offered to buy the topping so that I could make the sandwich myself and I was informed that they do not allow that type of transaction. I was offered mayo and mustard packets and a side of Hot peppers to put on my kids sandwich. I asked for lettuce and tomato and they offer me spicy peppers for a 4 and 7 year old. Wow. Oh and by the way both mine and my wife's sandwiches had things wrong with them as well but I didn't even ask about getting those fixed. One small reward for me is that another customer at the time who witnessed this whole ordeal left the restaurant without ordering food because they were "appalled" (their words not mine) that a restaurant could be so "rude and stingy". I work at the Holiday Inn Express 3 miles from this location and we have ordered from them many times. I called today (MOTHER'S DAY!!!) to order a sandwich after not being able to grab a biscuit on the way to work this morning and I was told that they won't deliver here. Working at a hotel, I can not just leave to get food and It was super convenient to be able to have a sandwich delivered (although the prices are a little steep). Now I'm starving and PISSED!!!! I didn't know we had a Jimmy John's here in Carrollton. The people there were wonderful! This was my second visit.

Jimmy John's sandwiches are just ok. They are fairly bland and the bread is hard. We placed an order today, and after it had been delivered I took a look at the receipt. It seemed high, but it wasn't itemized, so all I had was a total. I called them, and was told by a very rude young lady, that getting an itemized receipt was not an option when you get a delivery. What?? She repeated that an itemized receipt wasn't an option several times when I questioned her as to why that was, and told me I could talk to upper management if I didn't like it. Ok, that's really nice. There are a lot of sandwich shops in this town to order from that I'm sure can provide a proper receipt, and make a better tasting sandwich to boot. read more
