Just when I thought NY had the best wings, boy was I wrong. This place is greatness. We order 60 wings and 2 fried shrimp platters with fries. We order Mango Habanero wings and Spicy Lemon pepper wings. First off we called and order ahead and customer service was phenomenal even on a busy Friday night. I called Wing City trying to place an order for pickup. I asked him the different size options for wings before deciding to place my order. I couldn't hear his response so I asked him to repeat himself and he told me to hold on. After being on hold for a few minutes he then picked up the phone again and asked me my order. I asked if he could repeat himself about the different size counts and he told me that I needed to "make up my mind before calling" and proceeded to put me on hold once more. Wing city Café took my money and has not refunded it as of today they told me I have to wait up to five days for them to refund my money. When I called Wings Citi Cafe the woman was very rude. Not only did she say they didn't want to put extra sauce but they wanted to do it their way not my way. So when I called him back they decided that they were going to cancel the order and this place is absolutely the worst service I have ever seen or been to. I would never and I'm going to spread this around exactly what I'm typing, but this place has no class. I could not tell you about the food because I wasn't afforded the opportunity to or have my food delivered to me because they wanted to do it again their way. The wings are delicious. My husband really likes the atmosphere and everyone has been very friendly.

Best wings in town. Staff is always nice. They are always great to my children. My daughter likes their cheese burgers. My youngest likes their cheese sticks. My partner and I love their wings. My favorite is the hot teriyaki. They use both sauces. Extra crispy is the way to go. One side note is the hot ranch is just wing sauce and ranch mixes(it's not very good). Just because you could get hot and add your ranch. The place seems like an old huddle house with an extra room to the side. Living in Carrollton it can be hard to find good local eateries. My sister and I happened to pass by one hungry afternoon and after that we've come back several times! The restaurant is a very homey laid back place. You can sit outside under the awning or inside wherever you like. The servers are very attentive and helpful. The food is SOOOOO GOOD! The food is cooked fresh too order so you never have to worry about it being cold. Always piping hot! Everything on the menu is worth trying once, but I always come for one thing: the fries. I can't explain how amazing these french fries are. The coating is so flavorful and yummy. They don't charge extra for sauce. They deliver. What more could you ask for in a wing spot? read more
