who ever is delivering right now literally hit my car lol. i was in the turn lane and started turning when the light was green, but the jimmy johns worker didn't seem to realize there was a line of cars in the turn lane and proceeded to turn into my car. luckily there is no damage done because they didn't even stop to make sure. read more

Love this place! I've never been into the store. I've only gotten delivery from here (granted almost weekly). My boyfriend and I order about once a week from here as it's better/faster/cheaper than pizza! Sometimes we order pretty complex things (hold this...add that...extra this...less that). They have ALWAYS gotten our order correct. We do use the online ordering system which goes smoothly. The drivers area always quick and we never wait more than 10 minutes for sandwiches (yes, this isn't the 2 seconds they say in the commercials but I have reality on how life/traffic actually are). Would recommend to anybody! read more

Just came in to grab breads and a sub. The crew working was much MUCH better. Nice, quick, and made the order right. That's what I like to be treated like as your customer. Hopefully the person I had to interact with last time was talked to about her horrible attitude. read more

In my opinion, the best sub sandwiches, plenty of meat with just the right amount of lettuce, tomatoes and onions, and bread always fresh, not like some sub shops where most of the sandwich is lettuce and you never know if the bread is fresh. The service has always been great, fast, and polite, they have never messed up my order and their sandwiches are alway put together nicely, not slopped together. This is the only sub shop I will go to and the prices are very reasonable. read more

This was the best JJ I've ever been to. The female manager was on top of everything and the staff was fast, I mean really freaky fast. The delivery people were in and out so much! We saw two people order and walk to a booth but their sandwiches were done before they could sit down. We ate in and then I asked for an additional sandwich for my flight. The manager talked me through what would keep and which she recommended. It was great. When we left the entire staff was cleaning! Windows, floors, doors and bathrooms. It was a fantastic experience. I like their sandwiches but their delivery system is a joke. It may just be this location but they refuse to deliver to my location where I work. There is maybe 2.5 miles distance between the shop and where I work. I have tried to get to the bottom of this and I just keep hitting a brick wall with the management folks for this store. I can never get a straight answer. It seriously blows my mind. Where I work there are 80+ employees working around the clock. We have very limited options on delivery so it would be great to have sandwiches delivered. In my six years of working there, they delivered once. Now they won't. I don't get it. read more

I'm here for the second day in a row. Needed a sandwich and happened to be in the area. Sandwich was good but customer service is outstanding. I'm so impressed with the staff - all very friendly and attentive. Several of them stop what they're doing to greet patrons coming into the store. Delivery staff literally run out the door and back in to get the next order. Freaky fast indeed. All I can say is the manager/supervisor knows how to hire and motivate great people. Best friend and I decided to kick it to night and decided Jimmy Johns was a good option for dinner. Well we DEFINITELY PICKED THE WRONG Jimmy Johns. The owner operator has the worst customer service I've ever seen let alone makes a lousy sandwich, unless of course you want a turkey sandwich with no turkey and full of lettuce. I've worked in the service industry my whole life. By no means did we want any freebies but when you order a giant club sandwich you should get more than their 8" sub sandwich and you shouldn't have to bag up the other sandwich and have a debate AT YOUR FRONT DOOR on whether or not the sandwich you never even bit into was a good sandwich. He literally disected the bad sandwich and told us we were wrong from the time he showed up at the door. We never got the pickles we ordered. But when we called about the bad sandwich and the no pickles.....he wanted the credit card number for the pickles....REALLY. I will still go to Jimmy Johns... never to this guy's Jimmy Johns..... he's a disgrace to their chain. read more

The manager here is awesome. I ordered for me and my daughter last Saturday and the total came to about 19 bucks and for some reason my credit card was suspended by US Bank for using an ATM twice.(yea I know) I called US bank 4 times and the call kept failing. As I was about to give up and dejectedly walk out the manager said "hey man this ones on me! Just get me next time" I really appreciate your store and will eat JJ on Smoky Hill more now! What a guy! We are a nonprofit. We approached the manager and asked for a lunch donation for the volunteers at our golf fundraiser. He denied us. We have no problem with that. On the day of our event we decided to purchase the lunch for our volunteers from this store. When our volunteer, who originally asked for the donation, went into the store to pick up our paid order, the manager stated very loudly for everyone to hear "There's the woman who wanted a donation". Rude, disrespectful. We will not frequent this store in the future. read more
