General Manager JP went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. When they were running behind, he was professional and kind and eager to make things right. It's rare these days to see that level of care, professionalism, and genuine attention to customers. You can tell JP truly takes pride in the restaurant and his team, and it shows.... Not sure why I haven't reviewed Dion's before now - they've been our go-to for delivery pizza for about three years. The quality of the ingredients and the overall flavor of the pizzas we have ordered have been really good (love the crust), although every once in a while there's a boo-boo with the order (like one time I ordered a pizza with sundried tomatoes and instead of them adding it like a topping, someone treated it more like the sauce - the crust was COVERED with them making the pizza inedible). I also stopped ordering salads from them to go with our pizza because the greens were always so wet it made the salad slimy and gross (although it's been quite a while since I've ordered a salad, so maybe they've remedied that but frankly I haven't been inclined to order one to find out). If I could get a salad with dry salad greens, I'd give them a '5'. Note: They use DoorDash for deliveries. read more

I was introduced to Dion's pizza from a friend because she had it her house and I was blown away about the 505. Green chilies and pepperoni is a winning combination in my eyes. Since that first time I have gotten pizza on my own in the restaurant and ordered it for pick up. It's really cool that they have a drive up for mobile or call ahead orders! The inside is casual and the staff each time has been great! The only reason why I knocked off a star is sometimes there is a big more oil/grease than my liking but other than that the pace is great! read more

I love Dions food, but oh my god, you guys need to pay more attention to your online orders. Multiple times now, they've given us the wrong sub, or the wrong size, or forgotten a dressing, etc. Getting the right order would be a miracle requiring divine intervention. Never ever disappoints. I can eat at Dion's every week if I could. I love this place. So glad there was one close to where my son lives in Aurora. Had to get the 505 Pizza. So this is the 2nd time I ordered pizza at Dions. The first time they messed up my order and we had to wait 15 minutes for them to fix. Tonight my grandkids really wanted Dions. This pizza place has been suggested to me about 100 times over the decade or so I've lived in the area. My neighbors and mother are a huge fan and the kids and I finally checked it out a few times this past summer. It has a really cool concept where you can order an advance and drive through And get your order to go from the pick up window. If you go inside, you can also let the kids go up the little steps and watch their pizza being created, which is always an exciting experience for the little ones. What I love most about this place is that I can completely customize my order and have it ready at the drop of a hat for an unexpected slumber party or gathering of the neighborhood kids in my house. Dion's used to be our go-to place. We've spent goodness knows how much at that place. The past two orders have gone terribly. Two weeks ago they lost our order and had to wait almost an hour for it. Today we ordered and it took ten minutes past the pick up time to get it. I was the only customer in the place so I don't think they were busy. Get home and the pizza was greasy and had so much cheese on it, it didn't stick and fell off all of the pieces. Very disappointing. read more

I just had one of my best dining experiences at the Dion's Arapahoe location. Starting with the wonderful mgr Jp who was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that from the beginning that everything we wanted was done correctly ! The amazing happy and friendly staff works so hard to get everyone whatever they need happily! Then the excellent pizza whether you want a speciality slice or pie or their delicious salads or subs ! Dion's was brought to my work for a thank you lunch. We were given 4 different pizza options and multiple salad options as well as tea and lemonade. I tried the Chef Salad, Pepperoni Pizza, and I believe one called the 505. All the pizza tasted fresh and I really enjoyed the toppings for the 505. I loved their chipotle ranch that I not only put on my salad but also on my pizza (I love some spice)! The lemonade also tasted homemade and had a nice little tang to it; just how I prefer my lemonade. read more

Dion's is a pretty good Pizza and Submarine shop right by the CT high school and the massive King Soopers. Food takes a while to prepare, but it is worth the wait. It's large inside with a good amount of tables. Fast casual, they have food runners, but no wait-staff. read more

Giving Dion's another go at it and this time, the folks did one better! I ordered the 505 and oh em gee was it good! Not too saucy, lots of green chilies and pepperoni. It was nice and warm (spicy) and the pizza crust nice and brown. Ordered the half Greek Salad and the ingredients were fresh! Big on the tomatoes and perfectly topped with onions (so not over abundant). The dining room is now open (50%). Online ordering is available for delivery and carry out. The latter, Dion's recommends customers pick up via the drive thru. Oh, and the drive thru went quick so not a long wait (I was the fourth car in). The folks working here are very friendly and appreciative of their customers. So, I'm back in the game! Great job and super service Dion's! read more

Location was very clean, except lacked paper towels in bathroom. Pizza was delicious and akin to New York-style pies, cheese, sauce and dough were all top notch. Only knock is that while it came out piping hot, came out of the oven about 5 minutes before it should have. Was NOT undercooked, just needed a bit more time to crisp the crust. These guys are always consistent and diligent. Anytime we have an issue they correct it with a smile. The food is delicious, especially their family Greek Salad (the Kalamata olives are fresh and their spring mix is always clean!). We love the way it looks inside from the drive-thru. I ordered two pizza's and two salads' online for delivery. The delivery arrives without the salads. I called Dion's to tell them it did not arrive. After being put on hold several times, once hung up on and then redialing back I was able to speak to the manager. Note the total time on the phone between the two calls was 15 minutes. They tell me they cannot deliver the salads, but I could come pick them up or receive a store credit. I asked for a refund because I will not order from here again and do not want a store credit. The manager tells me in a few days I should see the refund. I ask him how do I know I will actually receive a refund? An email? He tells me trust me you will receive your refund, which I do not believe. Also, the pizza was 20 minutes late, putting it at a total of 1 hours and 24 minutes later we receive half the order. Every time we order online for delivery there are missing items, or it doesn't even show up, then we call, and they are like sorry we will get that too you. The only way to ensure you get your items ordered is to go in person and pick it up your delivery yourself. The pizza and salads are great, but they always seem to mess up or orders. Hoping we get a refund, but we are never ordering from them again. P.S. the excuse was its homecoming for the local high school, and they are busy. The kid who answered said they have messed up a lot of orders this evening. Business 101 - hire more people for a busy night like homecoming. read more

It's expensive but it's good and you MUST try the green chilli ranch. I came here years ago for a yelp event and somehow, never ordered till just recently. I think they didn't have delivery pre-covid so that's probably a big reason. I'm not a pick-up kinda gal. Our two pizzas were good (one gourmet and one normal) and we got a full size Greek salad as well. Including delivery it came to over $50 We ordered it to come at 5pm, it arrived closer to 4.45pm via door dash. The delivery driver knocked and said that our delivery notes said to hand the pizza to me not to leave it contactless. We visited with our 78 year old friend who lives in Aurora. We've eaten in Dion's in Albuquerque, so I was happy to find one near our friend's home. She had the pastrami sub and she loved it. Joanna had a small pizza. She wanted no cheese and they cooked it perfectly. I had the delicious Italian sub. The employees were helpful and had excellent customer service skills.
