I paid for extra tuna twice now and they do not give it. Both ends of my sandwich have an inch of nothing. It's way more bread than tuna.

Had issues with the Danville location in the past with using poor quality produce, but it been awhile and decided to give it another try. ordered 2 sandwiches, nothing crazy, 2 veggie. Mine, asked for NO mayo and extra oil/vinegar, what did I get? Well I got a ton of mayonnaise which I can't eat and it disgusts me and not one drop of oil/vinegar. it wasn't busy, we were the only people there. And it took way longer than it should, my husband got fed up waiting and had to walk inside to figure out what was taking so long. I placed an on-line delivery order at 6:19pm. it is now 7:33pm and I still haven't received my order.

ATENTION I will explain why this place has been going downhill. I used to work here. I left 2021. Over the past few years the store was bought out by a few people, after the pandemic, the original owner J. Boyle, who originally was trying to expand to Campbellsville, who now has moved, sold the business. The next owner did not care for their employees and often was never seen. And now it's bought out by another company who, CUT the staffs hours, minimized the driver to JUST ONE, if TWO, and minimized the table staff. Business was great when Boyle was here, but now, it's a shell of its former self. The GM lets her son get away with everything, even quitting his shift early when he's the only driver. I ordered a sandwich the other night at 7:30 and wasn't going to get it till after 10, because Uber eats took it. I had to explain to my boss why I hadn't eaten and went to get my food. You're lucky if you see 4 people in the store. Anyway, these reviews that are 1 star? They don't know what's really going on. Take this from somebody who was a manager there for 2 years. Reviews here are wrong, since the new ownership happened, everything has been improved tremendously. Staff are much better, food is much better, and reasonable prices. Definitely a spot to eat on a hot summer day. All these reviews here about this or that have not been proven. Bread is not hard, your head certainly is. Employees DO wash their hands, and they DO put on new gloves, I've watched them, so. Delivery area HAS BEEN EXPANDED. read more

They have yet to get a single order I've placed, and I've placed MANY there, actually correct. Not once. At one point, they purposefully messed up my order and laughed at me while I waited, made fun of me, for simply asking for what I paid for. I can't believe people act like this. This was once decent place to get a sandwich delivered to you, but for some reason they have decided to make their delivery area smaller.

When I'm in a pinch I'll eat here, but I prefer eating places where I know the employees have washed their hands. It's a huge no-no to handle money and then not wash hands or put on new gloves to make the food, however I have seen this happen numerous times at this location. read more

Tried it once and never returned. The sandwich was wet and drippy. Tasted wet too so didn't eat it all. Servers didn't seem as friendly as other JJ I've been to but they weren't rude either. read more

The past two times we've been here, the bread has been overlooked and hard. Whoever made the sandwiches today didn't spread the meat, etc out evenly, so one end of the sandwich was all bread. The tea was good. read more

Veggie sandwich is great, and yes the sub rolls are dense but they aren't hard like other reviewers suggest. If you prefer a softer bread, the wheat bread is amazing. My only wish is that they did toasted subs but I realize that isn't their business model. They also deliver all over the area if you call! read more

There is no way you should order delivery from this particular Jimmy Johns. The driver I encountered was a maniac. cut me off within inches of my truck and the car in front of him, and then cut that driver off as well. He was speeding through town as well. Called the manager who apologized and was very condescending. With this kind of attitude and the apparent lack of food quality mentioned in most other comments, does there really need to be a jimmy johns at all? read more

One of the worst places I've ever eaten. Bread was hard, I just don't have anything good to say about this place.

The staff are SUPER friendly and every sandwich I have gotten there has been delicious.
