I have never had a good experience with customer service at this location. The guy Cal was extremely rude to me, on my birthday last week. When I placed my order for my free birthday sandwich, he tried to deny me service because he didn't think the order was legit and real. He tried to tell me they don't give free sandwiches and that I had to pay. After showing him proof on the app of receipt of my order, he continued saying it was not valid or real. He finally looked in his system and saw that the order number matched the receipt on my app proving the order was real. He then had someone make my sandwich. I paid for extra spread that I didn't get. It was incorrect so I went back inside the store to have it remade correctly. He started digging through my sandwich and saw that it was made incorrectly, like I told him initially. I asked if he could remake the sandwich since he dug through it without fresh gloves. He rewrapped it and said that's all that he could do. He then said that I left so I have to take the sandwich as is. I asked for his corporate number and never heard anything back from them either. I consistently order through the app and am disappointed that my orders have been sub-par for the last few months. I assume that not every order I make will be perfectly to my liking, but I am noticing that my sandwiches aren't made with a standard serving of protein each time. They are clearly cutting corners but charging top tier prices for basic sandwiches. Today I received a brownie in my order that was STALE beyond belief. Very surprised to see how low this location has been rated in the past. Perhaps the other reviews are old and management has changed? I found the experience delightful. I had been living in Fayetteville for over 3 years and never tried Jimmy John's. I'm glad curiosity finally got the better of me! Overall the food is ok, and usually fast, however on two different occasions within the same week, they closed early. Very early at that. It's an inconvenience because I prefer this location over other locations and this location is furthest from my home. I ordered online last week on a Thursday at 8:08pm. The store closes at 9. I arrived at the store and it was closed with no notice/note on the door at 8:20pm. I called the next day and I'm assuming the manager said "we closed early". She didn't apologize or anything, even though they accepted my order and then voided the next day. I had to wait about a week for the funds in my account to show back up. Four days later I decided to give them another try and drove to the store to place an order instead of doing it online. When I get there at 3pm, it's closed. Like ridiculous! I guess this location is under new management I assume, but the quality is going down. It wasn't like this in the past. Why are they continuously closing early and continue to accept online orders when doing so???? No excuses. Update your store hours is you want to close early. Insane, I won't be back. read more

After eating at this Jimmy Johns today I will never be returning. My dad found a dead fly on the bottom of the sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. The sign they had up said that this store got a 100 for cleanliness but I beg to differ. We brought the sandwich up to the people and they just apologized, no refund or anything. Screw these guys. I've never heard of a store having a 5 minute delivery window and I live 6 minutes away in an area surrounded by college kids who practically live off delivery. I will never order at this location. Today is apparently $1 Sub appreciation day. Found that out after being stuck in drive thru for 15 mins with no service because these geniuses CLOSED drive thru without any notice, NO SIGN! No nothing! They decided to put a CAR in front of the drive thru window and a CAR in front of the order speaker... Why would you use cars? How the hell do you decide to close the drive thru lane when it is behind the chain of stores, in a NARROW alley, and the view is blocked by cars in front of you? I don't know why they bother offering delivery. They claim to have a 5 minute delivery window, but I've timed the 0.4 mile drive in every type of traffic and the longest it has ever taken me to get from my door to theirs is still under 3 minutes, but they refuse to deliver. Additionally, when I called the store to place an order it took 3 different people 5 minutes before anyone could even tell me that they wouldn't deliver to me. I submitted a complaint to corporate and they, rudely, gave me the run around. Finally, when I went there and ordered in person I found the people who worked there to be rather clueless. My order is rarely correct and is just the bare bones, the extras are not listed on the drive through. I will never visit this location again and will probably never visit any other locations ever again. read more

I asked for Hot Peppers on the side. They said we can't put them on the side, only on the sandwich. You can't wrap a few peppers up in a sub wrapper so I can control how much heat I get???? If I could, I would give this store ZERO stars. I ordered my food and never got it delivered, despite waiting 25 minutes. This is not freaky fast, more like achingly slow. When I called for an explanation, I was given a lackluster answer by the assistant manager. The response was, "it is on the way" which could mean anywhere from 5 more minutes to getting my food before the return of Jesus Christ. There was an opportunity for the store to apologize and save the day here. The attitude I received was one of indifference. I will not patronize this store again. The service was sad. Just terrible. Hello, I am a former employee at this store...It is great food for simple tastes or a quick healthy fix. The corporate rules are weird in that we don't have anything to give people sides like our dijon mustard or sauce or peppers which usually get complaints but its a corporate rule so if we go against it we get in trouble just as our delivery radius that they also decide. If we go out of range we get in trouble its very taxing our drivers which I used to be. What this stores main problem is the owner. I was recently fired for a no call no show, when my shift had not even started. My shift started at 5pm and I was told I was fired at 2:30pm for said no call no show. Before this though I was told two different things. I was told that I was fired for wanting the day off when I put in my two weeks, then I was told I was fired for not telling management that I needed the day off when It was on the substitute sheet that we use for covering shifts, I told both managers and they backed my claim and my coworkers also and she even had someone to cover my shift before the shift even started. I went to complain to corporate about this injustice of being wrongfully fired but they said its a privately owned jimmy johns so we cant do anything but send it up to your owner. She is the problem though....I have to say that being a driver in this company and an employee at this specific store is utterly horrible, Tips are bad if you get any at all, Ive been tipped a nickel once, and The owner is illogical and very ungrateful to hard working employees demeaning them in front of customers as well. I recommend a job in sanitation or a janitor job over this. read more
