First time at this location getting one of my favorite dessert/breakfast items. Staff was super friendly. Service was fast. They aren't letting people inside so I ordered from the parking lot and waited about 10 minutes before picking up at the door. Took 2 stars off because the twists weren't as fluffy and well rolled as I'm used to. They were also light on the cinnamon drizzle. Flavors were still there and I enjoyed them that night and in the morning for breakfast. Next time I'll ask for a generous amount of cinnamon sauce. read more

This review is strictly for their customer service. I ordered my food at 7:15pm which is a pretty busy time. At 8:30pm I checked my app and it says my order was delivered. I check my front porch and my food wasn't there. I called the store to see if my food was still on the way. They said the food was delivered to a neighbor of mine since the app can deliver based on location instead of an address input. That error was 100% on me for not double checking. Robert and the manager decided to remake my order and deliver it ASAP despite my error. Hands down the best customer service experience I've had. They can't seem to come close to an order as placed. delivery from anderson creek was on time, this time. However one of the pizzas was wrong. I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza with Philly steak. I got a Philly steak pizza with chicken. this may seem like a small detail, except for the context. I haven't ordered anything from domino's since I was down for 2 weeks with covid in 2021. it was going to be my first hot meal after recovery. it took two hrs to get here (1 block away), and was cold. literally cold. I asked the delivery girl what happened and she acted totally oblivious. did not offer a discount or anything. the ONLY reason I ordered this time was because someone told me about the half off deal. I gave this store a second chance, and it still can not perform simple requests. I got Philly sauce instead of Buffalo sauce. it changed the whole experience...this time I signed up for the membership so I could leave feedback if something was wrong. maybe in 2 more years they will hire someone competent? read more

This place must be ran by children. I always have problems when ordering from them. Every time I order delivery any time close to their closing time, they cancel the order! like they did tonight. the food is always old/cold/ poorly made. One time I called and said there was barley any cheese on my pizza and the manager drove a pizza out to my house in a green dodge challenger reving the engine loudly and aggressively. When I came to the door he was talking trash about me saying his workers don't do wrong. Then he opened up the box of pizza and it was COVERED IN CHEESE. I ordered a pizza and wings on feb27,2021 it was showing quality check for 40 minutes so I called the young lady told me the tracker was having problems that the pizza just came out and was piping hot along with the wings. She told me the driver was just taking it to deliver. Ok I live about 1 mile from the store my pizza came straight here. It was stone cold the cheese was rock hard and the wings were just as bad. This isn't the first time I have had problems now when I called back the same you g lady answered and started giving other reasons and never mentioned the tracker again. Anyway I have found it consistent you don't know how greasy your pizza or anything else you order from this store will be very inconsistent. Sorry I do know things are hard right now with COVID but we can only blame that also for so long. read more

This particular Dominos is spot on with customer service. We placed an order online yesterday and went to pick it up. Somehow the pizzas were sticking to the pizza screens, so they had to re-make them. This set us back an additional 15 minutes or more so they threw in a medium pizza for free. (We were headed for a short road trip). I had to go in to get it after my husband had to run one of the children to the restroom. They explained everything to me with a smile,(even though I had already been updated by my hubby) and apologized for the inconvenience. Not once did they make me feel that I had done something wrong, like most employees that mess up do. Great pizza and great service. reserving one star because we had the Large Carryout 2 topping special for $5.99 and they were skimpy on the cheese even though the pizzas were pretty much cheese pizzas with 2 toppings being additional cheese blends. THe mushroom with onion was great though. Even though the medium 6 cheese was free, it too was skimpy on cheese. Usually the 6 cheese pizza is loaded with cheese and flavor. We didn't complain to them though we were just thankful to have our food hot and ready to go. When we order these at the regular $7.99 weekday price, the pies have more cheese. read more

Edit: so I spoke with a manager named Brian who was very nice and understood my frustration. He told me that was unacceptable and apologized for his shift leader voiding out my order. I'm assuming they just didn't feel like cooking and delivering my order 20 minutes before closing, but I would have been more understanding if they had called me. Anyways, he did comp me my order. Tonight I called to place my order again and had an issue with the person who answered the phone. He seemed irritated that I had been given a coupon. I was able to speak with Brian again and got my order placed. I opted to pick it up and the guy who brought my order outside to me was very nice. So kudos to that employee and to the manager Brian. I decided to give them a 3 star rating instead of a 1 since atleast one of the managers seems to care about customer service/satisfaction. And for the employee who brought my food out. Just being friendly goes a long way. Placed my order at 12:39 on a Saturday night online. They accepted it, showed my order tracker, said someone was making my order and it would be here in 17-27 minutes. It's now 2:30 am and my order is not here, no one called or emailed to let us know they couldn't make the delivery. I AM VERY UPSET. If I knew this was going to happen I would have went somewhere to pick up food but now everywhere is closed. I have not ate today and I am dumbfounded that the manager or any employee at the store didn't even bother to send me an email or phone call. I will be contacting corporate about this. Terrible service! Domino's Anderson Creek...you just made the list! Ordered 2 gluten free pizzas using the Domino's app at 7:54 PM. At 8:12 PM, pizza tracker in app said my order was complete and being double-checked by Brian. By the time 8:50 PM rolled around the pizzas had not arrived and the tracker still didn't say out for delivery, so we called the store. After getting no answer the first few calls, someone finally picked up, presumably Brian, and they couldn't find our pizzas. So we canceled the order. Paid with a credit card, so I'll be sure to keep an eye on my statement to see if I got charged anyway. If I could give the 0 of 5 stars, I would, because 0 pizzas is what we got. read more

Order online for pickup... This place is great as long as you order online and pickup to go. If you go inside and order, you'll be waiting forever. Calling can be frustrating too because they are so busy around dinner time, it's difficult to place an order. It is hit and miss whether the staff is great or not when you go in. Sometimes they are wonderful and sometimes I feel like I'll never get pizza there again. But living this far out...there's not a lot of choices. read more

The staff was very inattentive minus one charming guy that unfortunately was not a manager, He goes by the name "TLC", He made the experience worth the trip to pick up my three large pizzas, Lava cakes And Parm bread bites that I was picking up on my lunch to bring back to work and share it with my coworkers. We ordered one pizza and a pasta bowl. The pizza did not look appetizing at all and barely had any cheese or sauce on it. The pasta bowl was good, but for $8 bucks I was highly disappointed when it was barely half way full...that more of a $3-4 bowl or call it an appetizer cause you could not feed two people with it. Luckily my second person was a toddler. We remember why we stopped going here and took the drive to other places that gives you what you paid for. read more

I live right across the street and every time I drive through the parking lot, someone is running to their car with pizza in hand. We pre-ordered two pizzas yesterday. There was one pepperoni and two bacon chicken pizzas on our order. This order was placed at noon to be delivered at 3 PM. Our order showed up at 315, and it was not correct. There was one pepperoni pizza and two specialty chickens. We informed the driver that this was not what we ordered. He started to argue that it was what we ordered and said he was just having a bad day. He then said he would be right back with our correct order. Forty-five minutes passed and we still didn't have our pizzas. We decided to call. They said that we had many orders in front of ours so we would have to wait a while. We ended up finally getting a refund. This is the second time that this has happened to us with this Domino's. Needless to say, we will not be ordering here from them again. I love close and they deliver to my house. Sometimes they deliver and sometimes I go get it depending what I have going on. They always get my order right and it's always comes like it's supposed to. Their busiest of nights still only takes 45 minutes to get to my house which is good for me. Great place. Drivers are always nice as well. read more

This particular Dominos establishment is the best one I have seen so far. While ordering online, a friend and I decided to see if we could also get the delivery drivers to stop and get skittles. We didn't think they would, but it was worth the shot. Not only did they arrive within 10 minutes of the order placement, but they even brought skittles!! I love this Domino's!!! The staff is always wonderfully courteous to me and my son. I really appreciate the effort they put into making me a satisfied customer. I asked for them to draw a dinosaur on the box lid and when the driver got to my door sure enough there was a t-Rex dancing on the box. My son loved it! I am usually a Papa Johns fan but there is not one close that delivers. Even so I would still purchase from this Domino's. Keep up the great work!! read more
