I had a pretty decent experience here. I was driving down to Gatlinburg from Chicago and made a stop here for lunch. My sandwich came out quickly, as expected. They got my order correct, too, which is great. I like to exclude a lot of things but also add other things to my usual veggie. The women's bathroom was closed when I was here. I know they have single bathrooms, but I still felt weird going into the men's room. Luckily, it was pretty clean. While I was here, a lady came in and asked if there were lunch specials. Apparently the deliver did not like my tip and decided to give themselves the tip they felt they deserved. The driver gave themselves a 3.00 tip on my order when that is not what I gave them. Very sleezy business and I will not be going back to this Jimmy Johns. Beware, the drivers might steal some money from you. It beats eating a nasty burger. First of all, a sub sandwich delivered, wow that is awesome. I work all the mall in Florence, I get busy at our store or we are short handed, so Jimmy John has an App. On my Apple I Pad 2. It takes me 2 seconds to order, then about 5 mins. There at the store, Wow that fast delivery, Also they only charge .20 cents for delivery well worth it, for service and convenient. The bread is incredible a lot better then Subway. I usually order the Beach sandwich. It has avocado,turkey,bean sprouts tomatoes extra mayo...delicious and healthy for you. read more

I have a fondness for Jimmy John's from college and the fact that they would bicycle deliver a sandwich anywhere. But after so many finer dining experiences over the last couple of years... yeah I don't disagree with the 2star reviews. The bread and attitude makes Jimmy John's a 4 star chain. The meat and condiments makes Jimmy John's a 2 star chain. If you think of it as fast food sandwich if you don't want a burger, you can't go wrong. And I loved the hunter's club for years! So try that if you are wanting a suggestion, or the beach club. The guys here are decently speedy and mostly friendly. We come here regularly for quick easy "healthier" options but it's nothing I'd write home about. read more

Ehh, it is a sandwich, afterall. I'm okay with it, have had better and have had worse. Isn't what really matters is if the creator creates with the right amount of Italian dressing, vinegar and oil, or mayo. Isn't that the stuff that give the food the taste it has? Freaky Slow. The pros: they agree to deliver to my office even though technically we are outside of their delivery area (we're literally one street away - mild eye roll.) the food is usually good, not great, but most of our orders have been accurate. and they sell cookies, so bonus. The cons: slow. as. molasses. it has taken over 45 minutes before, and they are never apologetic. every time we complain they say "someone just quit" or they are "short on people." but knowing that, they never warn us that it's going to take forever. and if you order avocado or guacamole, be prepared to search for it. they seem pretty stingy with anything but lettuce. luckily for them, unless you want pizza, there's a short list of delivery options in the area. Don't pay with a credit card unless you want all your numbers announced thru the store. I placed an order for delivery and as I gave the employee my credit card number he repeated all the numbers out loud. When I asked for him not to say the numbers out loud he said he had to verify the numbers. I speak clearly I'm sure there's no problem understanding what I said, but obviously if it was entered wrong it wouldn't go through, somehow the other places I order from manage to input the numbers without repeating out loud. After I asked him to stop he started having me repeat the numbers more than once as he was still saying out loud, even the zip code, same zip code as the store... and the tomatoes on the sandwich were bad too, never again. read more

I really really really want to give a good review, because in the times I have had bad experiences they were appropriately handled and I walked away at least feeling a little better about the experience. But literally every time I order from here something is wrong. I really wish we had another sandwich place that delivered to my work, but we have to order from here all the time regardless of complications- because it's cheap, "quick" and easy. I have waited an hour for a sandwich before(couldn't leave work), I have been given old bread when they have stated that they were waiting on new and that I would receive fresh bread, I have been given sandwiches with three thinly sliced pieces of meat when it clearly calls for two or more different types. I have had to argue about delivery distance before, when clearly my work is in the range, and then the driver had the guts to act as if he were doing me a favor by delivering my sandwich 45 minutes later. Clearly your employees don't give a crap. You would probably receive better tips if all you did was pay more attention, and then you wouldn't have to give away free food all the time. Came here on Sunday afternoon, 3/4/18. Fairly crowded and only one employee doing everything. HOWEVER, he did a fantastic job!! We had 5 sandwiches ordered and he was courteous, fast on register and fast on sandwiches. Receipt says his name was Alain. He got the entire line processed fast. Then he completely detailed the tables, floors and chairs. He was thorough and fast. This employee is a true asset to this establishment. read more

After an HOUR, I called to cancel my order and was told I couldn't because it was "already out". My family and I came to this location today, and we are a rather rambunctious group with 2 small children as well. The staff was so great and helpful, and totally handled all our wildness with smiles and joy. Their customer service is terrible. My coworker and I stopped in there last week and I watched employees being rude to customers and a couple employees looked like they were higher than kites. This is a nasty dirty store, the foods not bad, hard to mess up sandwiches but the service here is not freaky fast, more like sucky slow. During today's lunchtime rush they only had one person working the store two more out front sitting inside their cars. So one guys working the cash register, answering the phone, then making the sandwiches. This location is pretty much like the other JJ's I've been: fast service, small eating area, will deliver and the sandwiches have that sort-of tough bread but what I like most is that it is open past 9pm and isn't a fast food drive-thru. Every time I go to this location, they are freaky fast. I always get my sandwich in under 5 minutes. The workers have been friendly. The restaurant is kept clean. They have ran out of certain types of bread through out the day. Also they don't have sprouts which is extremely sad because I think they are delicious. On the plus side their cookies are soft and tasty. The sandwiches taste great! Overall it's a perfect go-to sandwich shop and I definitely will continue to go there! read more

Stopped in here after having it for the first time before a Reds game. When asked what I would like I said I wasn't sure. They suggested the #9 or the beach sub. I went with the 9 since it was Italian and I tend to like those. I thought the service was nice and fast. The sub was above my expectations and the price was very reasonable. The gargantuan is one of the best sandwiches on the planet. The perfect combination of all the meats that matter, flavorful condiments, and outstanding bread. We frequently order from this location and they are so incredibly slow. I could order a cooked pizza in less time that it takes them to deliver. Often times if we order right when they open, the bread is hard and crumbles. I'm assuming day old bread is being used even though that's not what we wanted. I'm writing this now as I am still currently waiting for my order. It's been over a half an hour as most orders are. Sometimes we will go in and pick up and the employees seem annoyed, strung out, and don't even greet you. I love Jimmy John's but I can't seem to figure out this location. I placed an order at 11:57 am today, which was ready at 12:10pm. At 12:40pm I called to find out if the driver was in route. The manager, Mark, mentioned an order ahead of me was given the wrong address and I should have my order soon. After 25 minutes the driver had still not arrived. I called the store again and the manager was rude and unhelpful. He said It's raining outside and I am working on orders, so all I can say is Sorry. I asked him to call the driver, instead he gave me the driver's personal Cell #. THAT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED! The manager should have called his employee. I called the driver who was unapologetic after 90 minutes post order. My company orders from JJ's frequently, due to this experience, they may have lost several future orders from us. read more

I only have two stars for the simple fact that the food always taste good. The Florence, KY service is horrendous. My order is almost never correct, never ready when I go to get it, they're all NEVER on the same page, and management is terrible. My card was charged multiple times once due to machine error. Was told TWICE I would get a call back, never happened. The manager simply avoids eye contact with me now. It's just an immature setting that appears to be affecting the business. read more
