Ordered food at 1115. Didn't get it until almost 1pm. Called and was told it would be to me in 10 min. That was at 1157 when I called. It was "put for delivery" at 1201. How convenient....didnt actually receive my order until about 1245. My bread was soggy and the ice in my drink completely melted. read more

This place sucks! I already dislike Jimmy John's because you can't customize sandwiches like the other sandwich places, but tonight they did my order terrible. The food is always good and fresh. The service is quick. And lighting is bright (in a good way).

They are very slow in the drive thru. Every time I come here, it's a longer than usual wait time. I've never been inside, maybe it's different, but "freaky fast" is not this Jimmy John's. read more

I've ate at other Jimmy Johns in other places. Absolutely love their sandwiches. We were traveling to Anderson IN and seen this Jimmy John's on the side of the road. If you are not a local it was somewhat tricky to figure out how to get into their parking lot and drive-thru. Made our order in the drive-thru lane, service was quick. After receiving our order and back on the road I took a bite of my Jimmy Cubano sandwich. BREAD WAS STALE and hard to chew. It was like chewing cardboard. Very disappointed. I always hit the drive thru after work on my way home. Everything is always very good. The service is extremely fast in the drive thru The employees are always very friendly. The service is always so fast that I don't have much time to really notice much other then the sandwiches are very good. One time I ate inside and everything was clean and nice. When I went to Jimmy John's it was a great experience. I walked in and all over the walls were these hilarious quotes and jokes that cracked me up. When I walked to the register I made my order with the delightful cashier, and in about 2 minutes I had all of my food and was sitting at a table eating. As I ate I kept looking at all the signs on the walls, and I could not stop laughing. I even had fun when I threw my trash away because the can has a target around the hole to throw it into. I run with a friend in Greenfield rather frequently. Typically we do it right after work and that makes me arrive home pretty late and pretty hungry. I used to stop at a JJ near my house, but they are always crowded and parking is a nightmare. Then Greenfield opened this gem and made my life much simpler. Run, go through this JJ drive through, drive home, feast on JJ deliciousness. Is this the fastest location? No. But they also don't get the volume that teaches them how to be freaky fast. But they do make a sub in about 2 minutes, which is about 8 minutes faster than going to subway. read more

Went through the drive-through last night for my husband. It was fast, but the order was completely wrong. I had ordered a Hunter's Club, chips, and added their new pickle item. Got home 20 minutes later and had some weird concoction of a ham and turkey club with just mayo and pickle. No chips. I was super excited to see that Jimmy John's was coming to Greenfield. Once they opened my family and I went to check it out. We were tight on time so we placed our order to go. Every thing was fine until my wife asked for her lettuce and tomato on the side. They told us they dont put anything on the side. If she was concerned with the sandwich getting soggy by the time we get home then maybe she should just omit the lettuce and tomato. I mean really?! How hard is it to accommodate a simple request? We canceled our order and went up the street to Firehouse subs where they wee more than willing to put all the toppings on the side. read more

WOW was I surprised at this Jimmy Johns. I picked up through the drive through twice and was not that great of service and the food was simply marginal. I live 2.3 Miles from the place and of course they don't deliver. If they expanded their region to 5 miles they would blow the doors of I suppose simply because they would have large subdivision on their route. Food not worth standing in line for and not delivering makes it a major think not. Better luck next time. read more

Food was delicious and fresh, however it took them over 30 minutes to get them made and out for delivery. 2 regular turkey toms, a coke and 2 chips. Was quite shocked at the slow pace. Forget freaky fast with this location unfortunately. read more

I was excited to see Jimmy John's coming to town. I always visit the one on Washington street. This one in greenfield sucks. Very rude. I asked for no tomato on my sandwich which everyone behind the counter threw a fit. I live 2.1 miles away and the will not deliver. Why advertise you deliver when you clearly don't. read more

I live 1.6 miles away from there and they don't even deliver to my house. Worst delivery restaurant I have ever had to deal with. They are a joke and I hope they either fire everyone and get new people and new management that will allow further delivery or I hope they just close up shop. read more

Very friendly, fast delivery and great sandwiches. I get it when I'm at work a couple days a week and they are usually there in less than 15 minutes. Always have a nice chat with the drivers too. Highly recommend. Though I would say they have a very small delivery radius as they don't deliver to my house which is about a few miles away. But oh well it's worth it when I'm at work read more

I enjoy Jimmy Johns with a glass of water several times a week. It was disappointing to discover this location charges $.45 for a glass of water. When challenged the manager clearly explained their $.45 cup policy. One star for under whelming customer experience. read more
