Despite paying for extras, my bowl came out nearly empty. When I questioned the portion sizes, the manager became rude and confrontational instead of simply fixing the issue. He tried to claim that a tiny sprinkle of extra chicken counted as a full extra serving and wanted to charge me even more for additional protein after barely putting anything in the bowl to begin with. I wasn't asking for free food -- I just wanted the order I paid for. Instead, I was treated disrespectfully and the manager refused to remake the bowl or resolve the issue professionally. The situation got so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving frustrated without the issue being corrected. Customer service and professionalism were completely lacking here. Really disappointing experience and not what I expected from QDOBA.
