But I found a spot and headed to the building. I noticed the building stands out in the area because it is very modern. Inside I was surprised. The restaurant was small with no seating, you just order and go, the lady who took the order was not that friendly. She took my information and said she would call when the food was ready. So I waited outside. She never called because she took my number down wrong, she went to the drive through window and said it's ready, now it was time to eat. The potatoes were good, great even. I just wish they gave more condiments for it. They put beef and sausage in with the potatoes as well as three different cheeses. The burger, was massive. It scared me. It has ketchup and mustard on it. I never use mustard, but I was going to try. I liked it, but the bacon was not crunchy enough, so I pulled it off. Eating outside in the cold, took away from the experience. However I would go again, just next time ask for a ton of condiments.

When I finally walked up to the counter, the employee said they had called our number twice. However, no one actually came over to let us know, and the food had been sitting on the back counter where it wasn't even visible. They had been looking in our direction the whole time, so it's hard to understand why they didn't just say something directly. Good food, but the lack of basic customer service really ruined the experience.

I also had a side of french fries and a side of slap sauce. Both the sandwich and fries were carefully made. I could tell that they pride themselves on producing a great food. The Chopped Cheese was full of flavor, the fries we're fried crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. The flavorful Slap sauce was the perfect accompaniment for both. It's good enough to slather on anything. I plan to stop by the truck soon as I'm out and about. Great value.

Instead of fresh fountain I was given a can of diet soda even though their refills used to be free, didn't mind, sat down and started waiting for my food, the person who brought my food literally placed the tray on my table, mumbled few words in the mouth and left, no "enjoy the food" or "let me know if you need anything elsel". Mind you I paid 35 bucks for 2 burgers with 1 side of fries. I was not at the drive through of Mcdonalds. Anyways all of these things can be ignored if the food was upto the standard. The chicken piece inside the burger was over cooked, fries in the burger, pale and no flavor, bacon, smaller then a french fry, store bought cheese like it was slapped on top with zero love. I asked for mayo and it felt like they ran out of mayo and just took the last scoop and smacked it on my burger, kept looking for mayo, couldn't find it. The side of french fries was good. No sauces on the burger either. I am highly disappointed and I hope the management reads this and fixes these issues, as I would love to stay a regular customer and change my review back to 5 star. I stay up late and it's been a reliable option when you don't feel like chili fries for the 100th time. Their Chicken Shwarma is really good and they customize it for you. I love a lot of garlic and super toasted, and that always gets done. I also get their Fatoosh Salad when I want something a little lighter and it's really good, especially the chicken quality. The area around the shop is quite safe, and when you walk in everyone in the shop is incredibly pleasant and accommodating. At 1 AM, I'm not really in the mood to have to earn the respect of the counter person, and you'll never have any issues here. Overall, it's awesome and affordable and I'm going to keep coming back
